Bought an e-scooter from GoTrax. When it arrived I had to admit it was too big and heavy for me. I contacted them immediately about a refund or exchange. Their emails always arrive at 4am. You’ll get one message every few days. They also run you around in circles. Failing to respond to simple questions or help in any meaningful way. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life.

Three new bikes all stopped working in 48 hours
We ordered three Gotrax Rambo bikes for my son’s birthday so our family could ride together. All three were assembled exactly according to the manual and worked perfectly at first. But within 24 hours, one bike completely stopped working while in use. After troubleshooting, there was no explanation for the failure. Then, within 48 hours, the other two bikes failed the exact same way. None of the bikes will turn on.
The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. After submitting a claim for all three bikes — and having to follow up myself — I finally received a call only to be told they had “no idea what is going on” because the Rambo is a newer model. I was told the issue would be escalated to a more experienced technician and that I would receive a call back. That call never came.
We spent a significant amount of money so our son could enjoy a gift he had been excited about for over a year, and instead we’ve been left with three non functional bikes and no real support. This has been a deeply frustrating experience, and we feel completely let down.

Ebike looks as advertised. Packed well. No damaged parts or missing parts. My 9 year old grandson loves this ebike! Love the 16” tires!!! Now his younger brother and sister want one. Great ebike!

Pititful and disgusting
Pititful and disgusting. I started my claim in Feb, and they took forever to diagnose a scooter that was not working or charging. They sent a part even though I told them I think we should just replace it. We then put the part on then I reached out and they said we needed to do another video. This was now May. I sent another video weeks later they said they would give me a discount on shipping the product back but I would have to pay for it. They have lost their f'n minds wasting my time for over 3 months. I will not be buying from this trashy company. I will also protest in the stores. DO NOT BUY SCOOTERS FROM THEM OR WARRANTY. GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I called to order a escooter for our schools annual fundraising efforts. I asked if they would provide a discount or coupon that I can use on my purchase. They exceeded my expectations when they offered to donate the escooter to the school. It was such a wonderful surprise, completely unexpected! After a few emails to provide information, the scooter has been shipped! Very excited to include it in the fundraising auction. Thanks GoTrax!

Scooter doesn't work
I bought a scooter from a manufacturer website named Gotrax. I received the item the box was used the security tape with the manufacturer name was broken. I opened the box looked over the top of parts and seen the handlebar pieces had scratches it. It looked used. I called the company about the problem and was told to send the product back if I wanted a refund. They said I would be responsible for the shipping costs. I went to the UPS and they said the package is going to be $500+ to send back. I paid $598 for the package. I did not want to send it back. I took the package home assembled it and found out it doesn't work. At all. I am in between having to keep the scam product or send it back to receive $40 back from my purchase. A waste of money.

Our non-warranty replacement wheel was flat, and they replaced it IMMEDIATELY, no issues
We have a non-warranty issue with our first wheel/motor assembly so we ordered a replacement. The ordering was simple, tracking the package was easy and the replacement came quickly. The replacement tire had a leak. We contacted GOTRAX and they gave us instructions on what they needed and they are sending a replacement wheel all within 24 hours (wheel on it's way). Awaiting the new wheel but very satisfied with the clear communication and fast turn around.
