Scam company
Scam company. Misleading advertising. Once you buy it you're stuck with it. Pay for your own return even.when they misrepresent their product. Customer service is just a barrier for the company. Rude and no intention of correcting issues with their advertisements and product.

Have tried to return a bike for two weeks now first there were closed on a Friday then GLS left a note for them to set up a delivery appointment they ignored that still nobody has received the return horrible customer service
Bought 3 GoTrax scooters all 3 had major issues
I bought 3 GoTrax scooters for Christmas last year directly from their website. All 3 came with badly damaged boxes and one had a missing charger. Within a month after very little usage, I had issues with all 3.
After fully charged, one of them has a max speed is only 12mph (should be 17mph), and after riding it for a little bit (maybe half a mile), the speed drops down to Max 5mph and after a few minutes an “E9” Error Code pops up and the scooter shuts down. They sent me a replacement part to swap out myself!
A second one makes an extremely loud noise when I first accelerate and again, they sent me a replacement part to swap out myself.
The third scooter, the back side fender broke off while going up a curb at a low speed.
The back tires keep losing air. These are absolute garbage and their Customer Service is horrible. They require videos and photos before they even attempt to correct the issue. All 3 are lemons and they won’t replace them.
Worst decision ever. Buyer Beware!
Don't do business with this company
Whatever you do, don't do business with this company. It is horrible. They don't respond to your emails in a timely manner and then when you finally get them to respond and you order parts according to what they say is wrong with your bike, it takes 3 1/2 months for the parts to show up and they don't work when they arrive. And to top it off, the company tells me I'm out of warranty and they won't replace them. Buy from somebody that is dependable like Lectric. I bought a bike from them and I am so happy with it and the customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, I am stuck with a bike that doesn't work and I can't sell it because it doesn't work so I have a $600 piece of crap in my yard. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

do they actually ship?
There is stil a chance I might not have been tricked but I made an order 3 days ago, got emails it was shipped and a tracking number, but the USPS says it is still awaiting package

Sold used parts as new
purchased a brand‑new bike for my child, and it arrived with non‑functional brakes. The brake handle was extremely stiff, and the brake pads were already worn down — on a bike that was supposed to be new.
When I contacted customer support, they told me brake pads aren’t covered and that I should go buy replacement parts myself. So GOTRAX sold me a “new” bike with used, unsafe parts, and then refused to replace them.
why dont you have parts available to buy?
for starters, your website should have a verity of parts that the customers can buy, i was looking for a tire and break rotter, had to spend $120 to buy the entire motor assembly. thats NOT customer care

have to admit that my first interaction with GoTrax left me feeling frustrated and a bit disappointed. My concerns weren't fully addressed, and the experience felt unfinished.
Thankfully, I was later contacted by Catherine, and she completely turned things around. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Catherine took the time to truly listen to my concerns, understand my frustrations, and address the issues I was having with my order. Most importantly, she did everything she could to make things right.
My son has been begging for the FITZ16 bike, and thanks to Catherine's outstanding customer service, patience, and dedication, we were able to order exactly what we needed. I now have one very happy child, which means the world to me!
My second experience with GoTrax was completely different from my first. Thank you for being a company that values its customers, listens to feedback, and genuinely works to find solutions. It's clear that customer satisfaction is important to your team.
For anyone who may have had a less-than-perfect first experience, I would encourage you to give GoTrax another chance. Don't let one interaction define your opinion of the company. They have shown me that they truly care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to make things right.

Stood behind product
The company made an earnest effort to correct a defect discovered during assembly. The customer service manager offered the option of returning or swapping out a part. They ultimately reimbursed for a minor local bike shop repair bill with a credit for inconvenience. I would recommend because they professionally and promptly resolved.
This company is the absolute worst…
This company is the absolute worst company to do business with besides Apria Healthcare. I don't know why I keep ending up with these companies that treat their customers like crap and act like they don't need our business. Buy a bike from anybody on the planet, except these people. I leave a bad review after everything I've gone through with them and they say to me in the reply. Send us an email to fix this problem. I have an inbox just dedicated to them. I have sent so many emails and have received so few from them in response other than "tough shit"
I'm not kidding. That's exactly what their Email said. I waited 3 1/2 months for spare parts that didn't work when they arrived and they responded with it's out of warranty. I just got the parts but they're out of warranty. Whatever you do do not buy a bike from them do not buy anything from them. Pass the Word along so nobody else gets hurt by these people

The order arrives early than I expect and customer service solve an issue with my address soon as they can . Check your shipping address in your card before to order there's no way to change your data before to purchase was made

We bought the nanos for our grandkids…
We bought the nanos for our grandkids for Christmas two years ago. The bikes still are in perfect running condition! The kids love these!
This past summer one of the bikes was stolen, then recovered, but with major damage to the ignition, wires hanging everywhere, it was a mess. I sent an email to support and promptly they responded saying they would replace the bike for our granddaughter. They didnt have to do that but they were more than willing - you just dont find that kind of compassion in most companies any more.
I tell everyone about GoTrax' exceptional products, exceptional service and the compassion they have for community. Hands down the best company i have ever interacted with!
