While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 22,966 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the official website is extremely easy to navigate, featuring clear event maps that help buyers find and select their desired seats quickly. Many people describe the online purchasing journey as a very smooth, straightforward step-by-step process that saves time and clearly displays total pricing. However, some customers also noted that ticket prices were significantly higher than expected because they inadvertently used a secondary resale platform. Some people were dissatisfied with unexpected cost adjustments, unclear seat locations, or encountering confusing insurance checkboxes during final checkout.

This Company charges double of other sites

Only my row is known

The process is very efficient but I dont know my seat until after purchasing my ticket. Only the row. The seat map is not helpful
I learned after buying these tickets for $618, that the Pacific Chorale that will be performing also has these tickets on sale. Their price for the same tickets AND you can choose your seats is half of what I was charged. THis is a rip off and when I asked for a refund after less than 5 hours of buying them, I was told that the order was confirmed and that they cannot refund. I will NEVER use them again
