The worst experience

I was not aware that I was buying from 3rd party site. I was charged over $130 for tickets that cost $68 and to make matters worse, the tickets never arrived in my inbox. GoTickets did not resolve issue - no customer service, only an automated email. I ended up buying new tickets. Thankfully Citi covered the cost and decided despite in my favor in seconds. I guess GoTickets has done this to other cardholders.

Unable to apply voucher.

There was no place to indicate that I was using a voucher for already paid-for tickets, which I wanted to apply to this purchase. Now I paid twice, and more the second time. This is a rip off.
