I used my bottle for a couple of months with no benefit noted whatsoever and a strong metallic taste. I tried to contact the company about seeing if the taste was normal and they never responded.I then discovered how to test my water with a meter and realize that there is no hydrogen content whatsoever. I have tried emailing multiple times and also sending messages on Instagram with no response. Very frustrated and feeling like I got scammed!

I placed an order less than 12 hours ago, I have called and emailed to cancel. The amount paid was refunded and the order was cancelled with no issues.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This bottle they sent from CHINA is not worth 5$. It tastes like metal it leaks and makes you feel like your doing harm to your body. On top of that, this company advertises this In your local currency making you belive it's a local company then takes 3 weeks to get to you!!! When you want to return it cause its HORRIBLE they make you pay to ship it back to CHINA!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Absolute scammers. Forced to claim a chargeback from mastercard which Ive never had to do before.

First and foremost, the customer service is by far the worst I've experienced in a very long time. The rudeness alone is enough for people to not purchase this waste of a product. They would not stand behind the advertised 30-day guarantee. I was told I would be charged a restocking fee and would not get a full refund. Buyer beware!!!!!

The water was tested for hydrogen content and there is none. The water test stayed blue. Company only wants to refund me 20% of the cost plus I have to pay shipping costs. Make sure you understand their 30 day money back guarantee before purchasing.

Terrible company. I asked to return the item, unused, unopened and they still have not given me away to return the bottle. They just keep giving me the run around. Do not buy from them.

Hydrowater needs customer service coaching beginning at beginner 101. The bottles need recharged more often than advertised. Regardless of the issue, it states 30 day return policy with original packaging and receipt, but if you contact them before returning they want a VIDEO of why they need returned...they are slow in returning a reply and just reply with the same thing, robotic? And this is not Brecka's recommended bottle.

mine came pretty fast, opened the box, put water in it and pressed the button. bubbled for a couple minutes and then shut off. I don't see anything wrong with the product.

We bought 4 bottles and none of them work properly. There are no bubbles when we turn them on. (not even tiny ones) I may have seen a few bubbles in one of them but surely that is not right. And one of the bottles has water coming out of the charging port. I'm so disappointed because the bottle seems to be of good quality. These need to be returned for a refund. Please provide information for this.

I see alot of whining in the way of tracking and delivery and money back. These bottles have been awesome work great charge perfectly. 5 stars

If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would. The worst company ever. I have reached out to the customer support email several times. I am getting the run around about how to return. I have sent the order number, pictures (as asked) and the reason. We never used the product and it is still in the packaging it came in. They responded the 1st time and then never responded again. The response they sent was that they needed the pictures and reason, which was already attached to the email

I wish I had seen this website before I ordered two bottles. I opened one, which did not work and got the run around from the company all month. They are ridiculous and scammers. I ended up throwing both bottles in the trash, even the unopened one. Don't do business with this company. Their email replies are redundant and unhelpful.

This is a terrible company and a terrible product. I wasted our money on two of them and they are crap. I doubt they even provide any hydrogen benefit. It is a knockoff product that comes from China with no instructions, no customer contact and no website so you can't even get ahold of them. Their return policy is a joke, 14 days, 20% restocking fee, you pay for shipping so you end up spending significantly more than it's worth it. When I was able to contact them they offered me 10% and keep the product, a product that doesn't even work, really? Plus they are using Gary Brecka's name illegally to suggest he endorses their product, WHICH HE DOESN'T! They are a total scam, stay far away from them

Took weeks to arrive. No tracking. Didn't come with a receipt or shipping invoice. No name or anything imprinted anywhere on the bottle. Came with instructions on how to use, but not how to clean or maintain. Reached out to company, they responded on how to clean and maintain. I don't trust it does what it says, or that it's even safe. Smells strongly of chlorine and got headaches when I used it. Notified company. They suggested cleaning it, which I had already done. Requested return. Company offered me to keep it and to give 30% refund. I declined because I don't want the bottle. They then required me to send pictures so that they could find a solution. Sent pictures. They responded offering to send a new bottle or give me 60% of product value refund-- whatever that is? Of course, I declined. Requested return info at least 4 times now, to no avail. I would suggest staying away from this company due to poor business ethics and lack of customer service. *update- finally refunded full amount after I demanded they do so several times.

Crap product. Connected to another crap product. They just swap the names out. Crap customer service and return policy. Pay more and get better. Avoid these crooks.
Their response below is a lie. They offered to gift me the crap product then offered a minimal refund after I pay for restocking and return shipping. It’s NOT a gift if I pay for it. Crooks

A really awful company. the product arrived a month late with no receipt. When I tried to return it they carge you a '20% fee for restocking' first time Ive heard that, and they want you to pay for postage. A complete scam.
