SCAM - they sent me two defective products. When I brought this to their attention, they sent me on a wild goose chase to stall so that if I didn't respond within a week, they could wipe their hands clean. Run 50 cycles with warm water is what I was instructed to do. I completed this and contacted them and they told me that they would replace the bottles if I paid 15$ each for shipping. I don't believe I should have to pay any additional money to obtain a working product and as a result, I was left with $100 less in my wallet and 2 useless hydrogen bottles.

This actually worked quite well initially. However, after a couple of months, it then could no longer be charged and failed completely. On inspection water had linked through the bottom of the unit into the charging part, rendering it useless. I then went to visit the website and try to contact the company to get it replaced, and the website url comes back with a message stating "This store is unavailable".

Meanwhile these items are still being sold on Amazon.com and there are many reviews reporting the exact same issue that I had, and also stating that despite this product claiming to be "Made in the USA", it is actually shipped from China.

No responses to emails and obviously I then discovered the original company website to which all my original purchase emails points no longer exists.

Overall not a good purchase and I would recommend avoiding.

The device worked for the several months. It started leaking water. Then the product quit working properly. The bubbles stopped producing as much and making the water no longer crisp. Now customer service is not found in the U.S. The website no longer is available for requesting refunds or for a replacement. Please do not buy from this company. I brought my bottle and it stopped working after one month.

Whilst I understand products can sometimes be faulty, where I am so disappointed with this company is that I purchased a lifetime guarantee with it for extra money. When I contacted the customer service team, they told me what to do to make it work again but it still didn't work. They then asked for a video, which I sent to them. Then they stopped responding to any of my emails as I was asking for a replacement or for them to fix it as stated in their warranty. Still to this day, they do not respond.

This bottle is not cheap so I would advise people to seek out reviews if they are thinking on buying a Hydro Water bottle. There are reliable ones out there but this certainly isn't one of them.

I ordered two bottles. They never arrived. When I contacted them, they offered to resend the items but I just asked for a refund. I never got the product or refund and now their website and email addresses don't work. Pure scam.

Purchased 2 Hydrowater bottles via INSTAGRAM at gothydrowater. The items were purchased in November 2024 by December they still had not arrived and reached to customer support who disclosed they were shipping out of the U.S. The bottles finally arrived in January 2025 and we have used them consistently and enjoy the water. This past Saturday, the base of the bottle started malfunctioning. I reached out to the Customer Support email and the emails are returned undeliverable. Further research online refers to a phone # in SPAIN to a company who does not make or distribute GOTHYDROWATER bottles.
Sell Bottles, Get Money, Ship Bottles, Offer No Support and Go Out of Business. Not even 6 months of use, the bottle has gone bad! Super Disappointed.

I purchased two units at Christmas. On never worked and contacted the company who responded with no trace of my purchase for a refund or to replace. Do not but from these guys total ripoff and terrible customer support.

I got mine in December 2024 from Shop.com. It worked wonderfully and drinking a bottle of it became part of my morning routine. In March 2025, It needed a recharge; that night, I plugged it in and went to bed. The next morning, no bubbles, no light, nothing. Plugged it in again for an overnight charge. Again the next morning, nothing. Started to wonder if the electrolysis mechanism needed to be replaced but haven't found anyone to reach out to. It has been removed from my morning routine and until is it fixed, it is serving as a paperweight.

This product doesn't work at all. It only changes light colors and dings. There are no hydrogen bubbles. The company web "store" is under maintenance and you have to give your credit card information to chat with a bot about your complaint.

I bought 3 hydro bottles in November. Mine worked 3 months during which time I was very satisfied with the water after it was hydrogenated. The other two were given as Christmas presents to my sister and daughter-in-law. They have been very satisfied with theirs, and they’re still working just fine. 3 months is too short of a life span, so I have to rate it 2 stars. I wrote to support at gothydrowater dotcom, but there was no response of any kind. Disappointed.

My sister gave me this product as a gift last week. I have been drinking my water out of it ever since. I am a total water fan and have been using a very expensive alkaline water machine since 2012 and just gave my second machine up for good. I was totally surprised at how fun it was to watch the bubbles rise from the bottom of the container in a beautiful blue light and the taste was remarkable, especially knowing it was super hydrating scientifically proven to bring better results from things such as exercise recovery. Look, it's not the greatest discovery in the world, but I'm having a blast with my new water bottle and I am happily hydrated. I see now the website is down and it's probably not even available anymore. What a bummer. I was gong to buy a few bottles as gifts. I hope the company makes the improvements they seemingly need to make to get better reviews. I'll be rooting for you! Don't give up!

I can't even begin to count how many writing mistakes there are on the paper thing they give you in the box. My mom is lucky she bought this snake oil on a returned discount. And the fact they try to spew random "scientific" bullshit to justify this is a offense to the concept of common sense. You don't exactly have to be a chemist to smell the bullshit and taste the snake oil. If you got scammed by this you're not innocent you're a dumbass. I normally don't care for stuff like this that only hurts the pockets of stupid people but they didn't even care to write a coherent or grammatically correct tutorial and "explanation".

Hi everyone, just another dissatisfied customer who got ripped off from Got Hydro, I purchased the bottle in late November 2024, 10 weeks later its Scrap metal, the bottle stopped recharging therefore making it useless. The team at go Hydro were totally disregarding in the matter and refused to send a replacement unless I paid $20. shipping fee, then stating that the 30 day refundable date has expired and they were no longer responsible.
Please don't buy this product and waste your money they will make you regret it.

Worse company ever. Ordered 2 of these , recieved later than expected.customer service is horrible asked to return them trying everything to not take back then finally sent me instructions to return back to an an address in Vietnam. Would cost 74.33 to ship back which is outrageous. Another scam company.

Zero hydrogen in the water, I tested it and sent them a video of the failed result. They said it can only be tested through them to show hydrogen. SCAM. Don’t waste your money because they will never give you a refund.

After extensive tests (with video evidence), I found zero hydrogen content in either bottle. Adding insult to injury, the bottles are actually shipped from China, despite the company’s repeated “Made in the USA” statements.

I submitted multiple videos proving the bottles’ inability to generate any hydrogen whatsoever.
