I placed two orders within a day or two of each other because I was so excited. I’ve followed the IG page since 2021 it has a HUGE following but it’s all totally a scam. They don’t accept DMs they never move forward with your order on the shop site so you can dispute it so you have to jump through hoops to get in contact with someone. However the shop app will get you a refund as long as you show them screenshots of everything! I even went as far as to message someone who posted a picture of themselves in an item of clothes from goth shop. They received it for free and said they constantly had people tell them awful stories about NEVER receiving the items they bought.
This company goes by PsychorebelXX on IG and sells Goth PJ/Underwear sets and bikini sets. I ordered in February and haven't received it yet and when they do respond to an email they refer me to their extended delivery times which happen to be longer every time I look. Also, their website has now changed from GothShop.com to GothHalloween.com.
Would put zero stars if an option. Made an order back in December (it’s now May, well out of the 12 week long shipping you agree to) received a confirmation and that’s the last I heard from them. Contacted through the order confirmation, website and social media and completely ignored. Horrible customer service and absolute scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Never received my order, even though they alerted the shop app it had shipped. I sent several emails to the various email addresses listed on their website, even tried sending a message thru FB. All were ignored. After about the 8th email on their website portal finally got a response saying I needed to check their shipping policies. Which I had and I was outside of the window, so they replied and pretended to send in a request to the shipping dept, which also was the end of the all communication with them. No more replies to the dozen of emails sent. Not even the ones sent on the website. And package never showed up.
