backpack and crossbody bag lover

I got the rolltop 2.0 backpack last year and absolutely love it, however I was disappointed that there was a big hole in the shoulder strap when I got it, because the seam was out of place. At such a price point, that really should not happen. After I messaged them about this issue and that I will get the hole fixed by a local tailoress instead of sending it back, they apologized and sent me 15€-discount, which I appreciated. I used the discount to buy a crossbody bag just recently. I am currently traveling with both, and they are so handy! Very sturdy and high quality that should last for a long time. I especially appreciate the inside zipper pocket in the backpack and the keyholder ring, as well as that the separate zipper pocket in the crossbody bag is perfectly sized for storing the passport.

I had to pay for the return as well

I am generally very satisfied with the bags, BUT I recently ordered the MOON Bag Small in the Color "seal" and it looks not like in the pictures. I asked the support if I would be able to get an exchange, but was just told to send it back if I don't like it. As I paid delivery in the first place I thought the return would be free, guess what, I had to pay for the return as well. I must admit I am very disappointed and would not order again.

Almost perfect

I like my new backpack although I am missing a bottle pocket on the outside of it. I know there is one backpack with a bottle pocket on the outside, but it has different measurements and doesn’t fit as it’s too big to take as free handluggage. So that’s the only thing I am missing to make it the perfect backpack. Although I wouldn’t mind another little pocket for Keys or the mobile phone at the shoulder straps. Otherwise I like it very much.

Moon bag

I bought the moon bag. It's very sturdy and can hold my daily things when I'm on errands.

I ordered my bag during Christmas holidays so it took around 3 weeks to get delivered because of the holidays.
