even though they dont give %100 refund normally when i asked they give it to me, also the customer service was nice and understanding

it's been weeks now since I ordered & my order haven't arrived. I did pay & you took my money without my permission which is not allowed at all. I'm not satisfied with the treatment. can you please refund my money.
