While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I had experienced a problem and the team was quick to reach out to me and work diligently to bring about a solution and outcome to me advantage. The communication with the team was uninterrupted , prompt and reliable . A solution was reached and I am very happy .
I really appreciated your team's cooperation, and thank you so much for your help. You are one of the best teams ever , thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥.
Your response is quick and satisfies the customer. But above all, we get a service that delivers satisfactory and lasting results.
Despite being a US 501(c)(3) and providing a plethora of documentation for the last two weeks we've been denied for vague reasons. I can only surmise that they are biased against the research and goal of our NGO, as we meet all legally stated program requirements. Since multiple tech companies use them, it means that you're organization is effectively blacklisted by them for any kind of discount or tax deductible grant or donation.

We acheived non-profit pricing on google, which is something we've been trying to access for 5 years.
I've been working the last month or so to try to get our paperwork approved for a Google nonprofit account for our church. So for I've submitted:
1. Church Board Meeting minutes showing my appointment to my role as Lead Pastor.
2. Governing Documents: Church Constitution and Bylaws
3. Secretary of State Business Filing Approval as a Nonprofit Corporation, addressed to me
4. IRS EIN document, addressed to me
5. Letters from the bank to the church, addressed to my address
6. Secretary of State business entity information, clearly showing my name and address as the Agent of the Nonprofit Religious Corporation.
I've recieved no reply for over 12 days.

So happy to have recommendations for services for our non-profit! Very helpful.
Persistence and patience in efforts to get it right
I was impressed by the simplification of a complicated process. I have been testing numerous platforms that are very impressive but the document review and the number of layers to get to the end point was arduous. Thank you Goodstack for being there.
I had to go through several iterations of sending documents before they approved my claim. It wouldn't be so frustrating but I had to send the same documents several different times. I also had to say, multiple times, that we are an all-volunteer organization and couldn't provide a paycheck stub.

The process was very easy to move through and the response time was exceptional.
Goodstack has provided discounts for our organization which makes it easier to do business since we are small, yet we have some to the same requirements as large organizations.
We love that the company is able to give us the opportunity to use these everyday applications on a affordable or free rate. We are grateful!
Had problems with verification, and they went above and beyond to accommodate the Church, we are grateful 🙏
I've been helping several non-profits on the tech side. The 3rd party audit/review by Goodstack is a welcome process. It was fast, easy, and straightforward experience.
The entire process was very smooth, it only took hours for them to verify my non profit status.
