Goodnick really is a super way of excercising for the over 60s! It has made me consistent in my excercise programme, as you have 4 twenty minute sessions a week. Emma who takes the classes is so encouraging. Someone is always there on line if you need help. I would thoroughly recommend Goodnick. I love it!

The classes are short and focussed making it easy to put that time aside. Emma engages really well so that you feel you are 'in the room' with her. She is very encouraging. The online consultations and message group are brilliant too for keeping in touch about health generally.

Joined the 9 week challenge with a little trepidation. Coach Emma was great as was our What’s App coach. Can’t believe how I’ve improved strength and mobility wise. Have joined the Club for a year - need to carry on working as my daughter gets married next December!

I’ve done the first introductory cycle of Goodnick and have now signed up for a year. It’s early days but I am starting to feel stronger in my body and am moving better. A huge bonus is that my blood pressure has reduced. I started Goodnick at the end of September and coincidently did a weeks blood pressure recording at the beginning of October as part of a medication review. I’ve just repeated a weeks blood pressure readings and am very pleased to find they are lower and hopefully are now low enough to avoid being put on blood pressure medication.

Goodnick provide an excellent, much-needed service for we women who, getting older, can feel strength and balance deteriorating but aren't natural 'gym bunnies'! The online classes mean there's no travelling time, you can do them whenever suits you and they are only 20 minutes a time. Emma is brilliant - the structure of the classes (starting with balance) works really well, she is hot on technique, builds up challenge at a really gradual rate so it feels safe and doable, creates interesting and very varied, targetted routines and is a brilliant motivator. In addition, there is great support from a WhatsApp group that creates relationships and accountability and they even have a doctor who gives fortnightly advice in response to questions. It is just perfect, fits into my life beautifully, and I am so grateful to have found it - I can stop worrying now!

From the 3 day challenge, to the 9 weeks then on to the annual club ( if you want) this represents brilliant value for money. The quality of the instruction is excellent. The 20 minutes makes it manageable. It builds up nicely.

I need to be invested in myself as I get older which is why I signed I for cycle 2 after completing my initial 9 weeks. I’m still not sure if it is working for me overall but I think I need more time doing it exercise to see

I love the Goodnick programme. The fitness sessions are always very well structured with clear explanations and advice from our fantastic coach and trainer, Emma, and it’s great how the sessions constantly change and challenge us to improve our fitness levels, while, at the same time, they are engaging and good fun. We also have access to really good support and advice online and it’s lovely how our group of trainees has its own little chat which is very friendly and motivating.
I have been doing these sessions for ten weeks and have noticed a real improvement in my strength, balance, posture, energy, flexibility and mobility. It’s easy to fit in the 20 minute sessions during the day at home and I really enjoy them!

I would definitely recommend the Goodnick exercise programme my. Doing classes at home makes it super flexible and less intimidating. The slow build gave me the confidence to continue. Alternative options are given if you need them. The further into the programme I got, the more motivated I have been to continue!

Friendly communication and support offered for my request to return to Goodnick after some time away, made me feel like l'd never been away. Enjoying workouts again and fitting in the sessions at home really suits me. Feeling the benefits already. Also WA chat groups if you wish to connect with fellow members in your groups. I started the Goodnick programme 9 weeks ago. It has made all the difference to me. After a total knee repacement in February, I had become very unfit. Unable to walk more than 1/2 mile, and that slowly, without feeling absolutely knocked out. No doubt due to the knee operation, which is very complex. I started the programme and I can honestly say it has totally changed my fitness. I can now walk 3 miles, several times a week, and I want to improve on this. I am stronger, and fitter than I have been for a long time. I was always very fit when younger, but I have let my fitness slide. Goodnick is a great way for me to get back up to a level of fitness I wanted without making it so hard I would have given up! It is challenging and at 20 minutes per session very doable. I will be 78 years of age in December 2025 and feel so much better than I did in October 2025. I have now taken out 12 months membership with Goodnick. Emma the coach is motivating and the Whatsapp group that I joined is very supportive. Three cheeers for Goodnick

Excellent 9 week programme. You follow the classes in your own home on your TV or smartphone. Emma, the Goodnick coach, makes you feel that you are working in a group alongside others, each working at their own pace. I’m 70+ and have noticed a definite improvement in my balance and fitness.
