I sadly had to sell my Cornish cottage, as I was no longer living there and it was standing empty. Good Move made me an offer and although quite a bit under what I could have sold it for through an estate agent, I decided to accept. Everything was explained so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process was straightforward and relatively stress free and very importantly quick. There was always someone available to answer any questions and emails always replied to promptly. It couldn’t have gone any smoother really. I would highly recommend Good Move if you need a very quick easy sale. The whole team were extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

They weren’t able to buy my property, but they took the time to suggest some alternatives, even though there was nothing in it for them.

Initially I contacted thia company, to have an offer to sell directly the house. After, they put the house on the market to be sold. The process was super easy and Millie, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She helped emailed me every week to give the last news and also managed the appointments for us.
Unfortunately, the house was not sold, as the market right now is very slow. I appreciated your time and efforts.

We originally contacted Goodmove to purchase our property but they ended up selling it on our behalf. Initially we thought it would happen very quickly, but due to issues in the chain it took several months. Sophie at Goodmove picked up the baton for most of that time, having dealt with a number of her colleagues for the first few weeks. Sophie could not have done anything more to help the sale go through - she was awesome! Great communications, honest and transparent in terms of progress (or not!), always called back if we missed her, and it felt like she was genuinely on our side for the whole transaction. I could not recommend Sophie and Goodmove highly enough - Sophie is an absolute credit to Goodmove and provided the highest level of service to us at what is always a very emotional and distressing time. We have finally completed on the sale and I am certain that it would not have happened without Sophie - thank you very much indeed Sophie, we are eternally grateful.

Proactive and fantastic service by Zoe.
Usually we would be inclined to only work with local estate agents, as we typically find purchasing and selling with other agents like PurpleBricks or Springbok to be tedious. Goodmove couldn't have been better - completely on the ball and went above and beyond.

Yasemin at Good Move was excellent at progressing my mothers house sale and getting it to completion. She was very helpful and polite and did everything she could to get a quick sale.

Whilst it turned out that Good Move was not the service I needed, the conversation and experience of dealing with them was very positive.
I registered an equity and promptly received a call from Greg, who took some more details of what I wanted.
Whilst he concluded fairly quickly that he wasn’t the best person to take the sale forward, the conversation didn’t end there. We spoke for probably 10-15 minutes after that where he explained better alternatives for us to maximise our price and recommended contacts.
I would highly recommend this service from my experience.

2nd time used Goodmove, this time selling batch of 5. They were my 1st choice after great previous experience. No messing about! If u can work with the £ offer, thats it-sold, no more problems. Dont forget to offset no solicitors or selling agents cost, less capital gains charge. The massive admin relief cant be overstated. They do exactly what they say at outset-job sorted.
