It's hard to navigate website and get in contact with someone. I wanted to change my auto pay amount without disruption of upcoming payment. I will call this week before weekend since they aren't open... See more

Absolutely horrific
Absolutely horrific. Star FAR FAR AWAY from them.
I was to recieve a loan for a new roof
I was to recieve a loan for a new roof. The roof was scheduled to start oct 17th. The contractor submitted a fraudulent certificate of completion before the roof started on the 16th. I contacted GoodLeap cause I have no roof. And they said to bad. So I’m paying for a roof I don’t have for 10 years. A contractor who did fraudulent certifieds and gets paid befor they start. The inspector came thinking the roof was done obviously failed the inspection. I have no roof and they don’t care told me. Oh well we got a certificate of completion an you agree to pay once we got that. Sorry work wasn’t done, not are problem. They are scams!!!! Beware!!
I recently obtained a loan from…
I recently obtained a loan from Goodleap for a new HVAC unit and the CSM I spoke with, Jara, was absolutely fantastic. She was always pleasant, informative, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped make the loan process less stressful and go more smoothly.
Believe other reviewers
Believe other reviewers, these folks are bad news and do not use them because you will be sorry. They offer 0% interest for a certain number of months but if you don’t pay within that free interest period they go back to inception of loan and charge exorbitant rates from original loan date. Sounds OK until you try to pay off the loan in time to avoid huge interest rates. They make it almost impossible to pay off in time and it’s obvious it’s intentional. Crooks in my book.
Horrible company
Horrible company. Beware, do not get involved with this scam of a company. If you have been scammed by Goodleap, contact me ASAP as we have a class action lawsuit that we are getting ready to file.
Do not think that just because they are responding to you and telling you that they are working on your claim that anything is being done. It is part of the game that they play as professional con men. My Goodleap client representative by the name of Savannah Rogerscomes across as a nice pleasant person trying to make you believe that something is being done. Well, she is nothing but a liar just like the company she works for.
Once again, contact me and let’s make good lead pay for what they have done to us.
Goodleap is a trash company that no one…
Goodleap is a trash company that no one should ever use! They are thieves and make it very hard to pay off your loan in advance. Literally just made a payment and the next day I tried to pay off the whole thing. I got hit with an additional almost $200 in interest to pay off my account because "it takes time to clear on their end!" The friends and family $500 referral is bullshit too! Customer service says they dont offer it but the website says they do. When you click the reward it gives umyou a QR code to give your friend or family to give you credit. Like I said TRASH COMPANY, USE ANYONE ELSE!
Good mission and good performance
I appreciate the mission of this company, which seems to be carried out in their work. They are making climate- and cost-saving options available to ordinary working folks like my family. Their representatives are reliably responsive, respectful, and effective.
Goodleep is is a scam
Goodleep is quick to accept finance applications when you have a great credit. Great at taking your money.
When you have an issue they are no where to be found. We had an AC contractor whom we purchased 2 AC units for our home. Within 7 months our system was not cooling. We were under warranty 100%. Contractors would not respond- after several attempts, the contractor started threatening my husband.
Long story short- ac not working, no contractor- new company we hired to get our AC running told us the install was wrong- leaking chemicals and in violation/code.
We had to get 2 new AC-
Now we are paying GoodLeep for 4 AC units and they will not take responsibility or respond to any of our emails/photos/trail of shared threatening text from our contractor.
Goodleep is responsible to vet out their contractor or provide warranty recommendations when their contractor is not responding.
One scam after another- next is the better business bureau!
Goodleep is no different than the scammer AC contractor.
The entire Goodleap, WOW!!!
The entire Goodleap that we worked with was absolutely amazing. They guided, answered questions, did changes when asked , all with kindness, understanding & complete professionalism. I would do it all over again if needed in the future.
Best decision we’ve made besides marrying each other!
Goodleap helped us with our financing for our solar panels and they made a stressful situation stress free. We were tired of surprise huge power bills so both my husband and myself agreed that solar panels were not only economical but a better environmentally sustainable option as well and GoodLeap definitely made the transition smooth and easy and we couldn’t be happier!
GoodLeap is a lousy company
GoodLeap is a lousy company. Workers do not speak english and only give first names when asked for their full names. Someone was sent to my home and switch was cut off to my solar panels without my knowledge. I am being harassed daily with phone calls and text messages. When I tried to correct the situation, I was told I would have to pay for gas and travel time for them to come to my home (approx. 2/12 - 3 hours). The original GoodLeap employee when called stated he was fired and owed $10,000 by the company. I have not been able to contact him since. This company is a scam company and I don't advise anyone to use them. The solar panel installer no longer works for them.
Extremely poor support
Extremely poor customer service. We’ve been emailing for over a month, and multiple representatives have told us that the portal shows current statements or that they would email us one directly—none of which has happened. The Goodleap payment portal is two months behind. You expect on-time payments every month, yet you can’t provide an up-to-date statement. The last statement available is from August, and it’s now October. We will be sending a formal letter on Monday and will be stopping payments until this is resolved.
March 2026 and nothing has changed. No response from Goodleap. No payments sent either.
GoodLeap…..Great Company
I became familiar with GoodLeap when our heating and air system malfunctioned at only 2 yrs of using. We went with a reputable company after having 3 different companies come out for a quote. GoodLeap was there for financing a new system when we desperately needed them. Such a pleasure to talk to anyone that answers phone. Always so nice and kind. Their repayment options were great and affordable for an unforeseen added expense to our budget. All worked out well and we are very pleased. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company, good leap has hidden fees and fines that are not disclosed. This corrupted company will rip you off and has horrible customer service. This is a shady company that just trys to take as much money from for as possible reminds you as a shady company like life insurance company
like national life group very shady horrible company's. Really should be investigated and held accountable for not disclosing and hiding important information being corrupted companys. BE AWARE NEVER use theses companys! They will rip you off! The negative reviews are spot on correct.
Applying was seamless.
Applying was seamless.
The payment amount was deducted on the scheduled day.
Fewer e-mails, texts and phone calls would be appreciated.
Thank you
This company has been nothing but smoke…
This company has been nothing but smoke and mirrors from the beginning. Now, they claim they cannot help find a provider for my non-working solar inverter because I cannot prove to them that I did all the trouble shooting that is recommended (I did, by the way because the last thing I wanted to do was to deal with them). So now I continue to pay outrageous prices to a company that will offer no support for the very thing in which I owe them money for. This has been an ongoing 2 year nightmare one thing after another. Please save yourself and do not use this company.
DO NOT USE GOODLEAP FOR ANY TYPE OF FINANCING.
THEY DOUBLE CHARGED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WHEN I PAID OFF A LOAN FOR MY DAUGHTERS LOAN. ALMOST A MOPNTH STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REPPAID. YOU ALWAYS SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ON A PHONE BANK IN INDIA WITH NO WAY TO CONTACT THE OFFICE IN CA. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN DIFFERENT RESPONCES EVERY TIME I CALL
I WOULD RECOMENED YOU DO NOT BORROW LUNCH MONEY FROM GOODLEAP
I didn't know about you before but now…
I didn't know about you before but now that I have some experience with your company, I'm happy to say, it's been very good. Thank you.
Predatory Lender in action
Under no circumstances should anyone enter a business contract with GoodLeap. They are predatory lenders. After 18 months of payments, my principal balance decreases by $163. The remainder of my payments went to interest and because of their amortization schedule, the payment increased. I wish I was able to give them zero stars. They need to be investigated.
