Great product and easy to order
I ordered the Adjustable Montessori Tower - Kids Step Stool for my niece. She loved it :)
Product was excellent but also the ordering was really easy and without problems.
We received the item a few days later than the expected delivery date, but this was not a problem.
I would order it again for sure!

Great product for the kids
Great product for the kids, it arrived fast and well packaged, the box was a little game for them which was a nice surprise. One of the pieces had a little fault but it was easy enough to sand down. One of the bags containing screws was missing but costumer support was very helpful and quick and already sent a replacement for it.

Horrible quality and customer service
I received my 6-in-1 set today, and I am genuinely shocked by the condition it arrived in. The shipping box was the first red flag — old, battered, and in terrible shape. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there.
The pillow was completely out of its plastic wrapper, had a strong chemical smell, looked used, and came with no proper tag, just a strange “3” label. It was dirty, i guess from the box being in the rain? So dirty that I had to wash it immediately. Once we started assembling the set, we realised the wood itself was in extremely poor condition: dents, broken sections, splinters, and very rough surfaces. Both my husband and I ended up with splinters in our hands while trying to put together the arch and triangle ladder.
To make matters worse, the ladder arrived without the angles and without the Goodevas logo, which made us question whether the set is even authentic. There were no instructions, no branding, no booklet, nothing inside the box.
At this point, we are honestly unsure whether we received an old set, a returned set, or a knock-off.
This was meant to be a birthday gift for our daughter. It also arrived after 4 days instead of the promised 48 hours. We were so excited for her to wake up and see it that we began assembling immediately, only to realise the set is not safe for her to use. My husband says he would have to sand and smooth every single piece before letting her go anywhere near it. and now we have to disassemble everything, which is a huge hassle.
Overall, deeply disappointed and concerned about safety and authenticity.
Reached out to the customer care on email, they replied after a while with a ridiculous offer of 5% refund.

We recently purchased the Pikler triangle, Ladder + Climbing Arch + Slide Board & Cushion. It’s a really good product and we definetely recommend it!
Both kids ages 1.5 and 6 yo enjoy it and it is great for creative play.

Do not risk ordering from here!
We ordered a ‘5 in 1 Climbing Frame’, on 12th November for someone’s birthday the following week. It’s now early December and we have only received 1 of 4 packages. What’s made this worse is that the customer service team seem to not care and even laughed while on the phone.
They use Parcelforce/Royal Mail and the Goodevas team seem to have no interest in whether items are delivered as long as they can see it’s been ‘shipped’, from their side. Also, the contact number hasn’t been answered for days now so I am uncertain if the business is operating as it should.
Goodevas also seem unable to follow the tracking on their own deliveries. Supposedly there was a failed delivery attempt (we have a video doorbell so know this didn’t happen) also according to the carrier, part of the order was damaged at the depot which Goodevas didn’t know about and had no interest in resolving.
Overall, I don’t think I’ve had a worse customer experience from such an uncaring company. Avoid at all costs.

Staff communication is amazing!
Communication with the staff was amazing and very quick, if makes you feel heard. The ladder I ordered was great quality and easy to build and install, my son is having a great time learning and growing in strength using it.

I ordered the Montessori helper tower (step stool) and its absolutely perfect. My 2 year old daughter can get on and off all by herself and the height is perfect for her to reach the counter and help cut veggies or wash her hands.
It was nice that most of the tower was already mounted so it was easy to use almost instantly.
Arrived faster than expected and nice sturdy box with a fun game on the inside of the box.
Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a compact folding toddler helped tower and it shipped quickly and efficiently, was fairly priced, and is well-built! I do wish the step was adjustable but hopefully that is a feature they can add in the future. Very satisfied with my order!
