I have the same issue as a lot of people here. Order #88920 was places on 11th December and still no information about shipment or delivery is provided. I reached out two days ago but no reply :(. So sad as there will be no Christmas present for my child.

Quality OK, the experience was a rollercoaster
Update: I have now received a replacement set which is significantly better quality. I will still sand it down and apply wood oil, but it no longer has splinters and it was much easier to put together.
I’m leaving it as 3 stars because of the overall experience. The customer service team were incredible responsive and helpful. However I did receive 2 bills for import taxes (all refunded by Goodevas, but it’s just a hassle to deal with the bills and I was not expecting to). The replacement set, while overall better quality, still had issues so I ended up ‘mix and matching’ parts from the original and new set.

Quality is terrible. The wood is full of splinters, the nails look almost rusted. I will need to sand everything down before letting my toddler anywhere near it. The pieces don’t really fit well together, I have blisters on my hands trying to screw the nails in fully. Really dissapointing

Haven’t received my order or a reply from customer service
I placed an order on the 6th of December. They advertise with delivery within 2 to 5 days. I sent an e-mail after about a week, asking if they know when the order will be shipped. Still haven’t gotten a reply, but still hoping it will arrive before Christmas or at all. Based on other reviews this is sadly a common experience with Goodevas.

Great product, minor delivery issue
Although I did have some issues with late shipping, hence the four stars. However, when I reached out, the excellent customer service team (esp. Paula) was really supportive and responsive. My only advice is to be more proactive reaching out to customers Yourself first, if you see that the goods cannot be shipped without delay.
The set itself is high quality, easily assembled. I love the fact that it comes in a box that can be turned into a game itself. How thoughtful and fun! Keep up the good work, Goodevas! Will probably buy from you again in the future.

Not a trusting company ! Terrible experience
The experience was awful. I ordered a product on 5th on November, that arrived on 11th Nov, which I returned in one week and according to the shipping company it arrived on 26th of November. Since then, I’m trying to get in touch with them to confirm that the product had arrived and to receive my money back , but with no success, neither by phone, by email, by chat. Never ever would recommend them !!

Great product even for babies
Great! We love our 5 in one climbing set! Is too early to be used by our 4 months old baby but as we didn’t buy a baby gym, we decided to buy this climbing set so we can use the climbing arch with our baby as a gym. We just attach some mobiles in it and it works perfectly for this purpose!

I placed a first order and after two weeks with no updates I contacted them, only to find out they hadn’t even shipped it (they did refund me at least). Thinking it was just a one-off mistake, I ordered again a couple of months later. This time it did arrive… but almost two weeks later (not 2–5 days as advertised) and it wasn’t even the set I paid for, but a cheaper one. Very bad experience. I won’t order again.
