Sent to wrong country, and recieved radio silence when I questioned it
Item ordered was shipped to completely incorrect address, and didn't recieve any further response when I asked them why. Revisited the site and the item is still there, tried the email provided in the 'Contact Us' section (which was completely different to the one that sent me the order confirmation email) and it just errors out due to an unknown domain.
As I write this, I just got a "yeah, the item got sent to the wrong place, do you want us to try again or do you want a refund", and I can only assume they only did that because I filed a dispute with my bank...I've asked them to try again, but I'm not going to hold my breath on it.
Second Edit; Turns out I was right not to hold my breath. They "sent it again", and gave me a tracking number...of a parcel that was delivered a month before I even ordered the item...
