Avoid as you would the plague

Whatever you do, NEVER sign a contract with this company. The contract says in effect "we promise nothing; we give no guarantees; you may or may not get service; we will charge you anyway; we will roll the contract on forever unless you are smarter than us; and we will not be bound by anything ever". You have been warned

I have to say this is a very poor company

I have to say this is a very poor company, they over charge for spare parts. There engineers cover such a large area that if you report a fault it may be a while before the engineers get to you. They are in it for the money with no thought to the customer. Customer service and accounting is very poor. I am a long-standing customer of one of the companies they have brought out, and have to say that they are a huge disappointment.

Unbelievable service

Unbelievable service. Been client since 2020 and it was getting worse and worse. Intruder alarm, CCTV, fire alarm- all was supposed to be looked after by Citytalk.

Been begging for nearly 2 years to replace a faulty camera since it was installed by Citytalk- they couldn’t be bothered, had to hire another company to get it replaced.
Had to send number of e-mails for weeks to make sure a beeping issue and non-working CCTV is sorted out, and absolutely no reply or anything form the management for weeks, when escalated been given a blind expensive quote to replace something so the beeping stops and when questioned- no reply whatsoever, and suddenly cctv back working and beeping stops without replacing expensive parts?!
Lack of communication, like no one is on the other side.
Fire alarm batteries replaced with old 2016 one?!
When I asked to stop the service, they lied to me the intruder alarm has been de-registered, where in fact it was not (confirmed by Pyronix), and I was left with non-working app! Appalling.

Having said that, Peter one of the engineers has been fantastic all these years and has always tried to help us, but the management just doesn’t care about their clients.

Service is appalling

Service is appalling. We have had a line not working for 2 weeks, the support team do not respond until you have to email multiple times. The support team (I dealt with Shay) tell you that it is being passed onto an account manager but refuse to give you details of the account manager - taking you round in circles. Avoid at all costs - a lot of better telecommunication companies out there.

We received a cold call from this…

We received a cold call from this company from someone called Victoria. She immediately started asking a lot of questions that we were uncomfortable answering regarding our business's internet useage. We told her that we were not going to answer, she called our staff rude and then ended the phone call. Honestly, it was a very bizarre call and makes me think that this is a scam company.

Mobile Phone Management - Citytalk

Citytalk have been managing our 130 strong mobile fleet for over 2 years. Prior to Citytalk we dealt direct with the majors whose support was at best... lacking.

Citytalk have managed our relationship with Vodafone to perfection. They give the right advise, analyse any operating issues with you, manage a solution to fit your needs.

Highly recommended

Company Mobiles

I run a small local landscaping business and just didnt have time too spend dealing with my mobiles directly with O2, so I received a call from Citytalk telling me that they could take all that pain away from me and supply me new handsets etc. Well that was 3 years ago and I couldnt recommend them high enough, they are always on hand to help and always deliver exactly as they promise me. I have just upgraded all my phones and they even came out and set them up for me with all the emails working too. Thank you Citytalk

Don't do it...Just Don't..!

The worst customer service ever experienced, nothing but problems since system was installed in March 2017, Calls drop out, Internet goes down, Dect handsets have been exchanged 3+ times and we have now been requesting a replacement battery for over 2 weeks.
No callback, No email response, No action taken...have had to resort to cancelling DD.
Promised the moon on a stick when signing us up but all we got was the stick..!!
