Overall easy and quick process
The refinancing process with LoanSnap was so easy. We worked with Jacob and he was very responsive and helpful through the process. Now that everything is done i will say it is a little harder to reach anyone for questions. Overall they had great rates and an easy process so I definitely recommend unless you prefer the more traditional route.

Just wasn’t a pleasant experience,there was lack of communication,there were multiple delays and they had to pay me delay in closure penalty,I requested a wire transfer into my account but they sent a check instead…I will not be using this loan company in the future!

Jacob did a fabulous job in explaining every question that we had. Process was easy and we never had to leave our home during the process. Once the process was over the funding came through in a matter of days. My experience was great and I would definitely recommend them.

What a great experience with the mortgage refinance process!
I am very impressed with LoanSnap handling my mortgage refinance. Rozie, the loan specialist, was excellent, very professional from start to finish. She explained the whole process and what to expect. The process was very fast, closing and signing the documents took only a couple of weeks. The closing costs were very competitive and low compared to others. Their system for going back and forth with what you need to do is excellent, signing and uploading documents was a breeze and knowing the status at any moment was excellent. Really happy and pleased with the whole process, I recommend LoanSnap and Rozie do any home mortgage refinancing. They are great!

Loan Snap for the win!
Loan Snap was the best loan experience! My loan officer (Jared) was amazing! He was relatable and helped me sort through all the options. Even my assigned notary (Nancy) was great! The rates were the best I found, with low fees and no appraisal cost. My only out of pocket was a $200 refundable deposit. They even paid me bonuses for referrals! The documents were easy to upload, took me about 15 minutes on my phone. The loan closed in 2 weeks, half the time of most companies. And to top it all off, I got a care package a few days later with cookies and brownies. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I had a blast working with the team at Loan Snap and will absolutely use them in the future!

Our Easiest Home Loan Yet
This was our eighth purchase/re-fi/HELOC and LoanSnap provided the easiest experience so far. Our contact person was friendly, helpful and very responsive to our questions.
