Miners are in great condition, as they should be as they are new.
Shipping is sometimes very slow, at other times fast enough, its random.

One of the best company and always professional. Miners always comes and on time.

goldshell makes good miner but the problem with them is the shipping they take too long to ship it's been 10 days and they haven't ship my order yet I don't know why they take long time to ship out but in mining time is the most important thing .

edit: it turns out they ship within week but they don't send the tracking number until 10 days passes

Warranty and customer service is the worst. Do not buy Goldshell. I have 15 of there machines, and they are starting to break down. I might as well throw them in the trash. they want more to fix them, then I bought them new, 7 months ago. yes there warranty is only 6 mo. save your self money and trouble, stay away from goldshell

I have to say after making 4 purchases over the last 2 years, I have nothing but great experiences with Goldshell.

Have ordered from GS 3 times. Each time was quick and easy, fast shipping, and units came in perfect condition.

Everything went smoothly. They even managed to get the order out before the Chinese New Year holiday when I was sure they wouldn't because I placed my order only a couple of days before the deadline.

Shipping and payment was easy. Customer service after the sale not good. The miners come with an unknown plug that no electrician I reached out to had ever seen. It was shipped to the US but had a weird plug. I had to cut the ends off of both machines and re-wire to a US plug. Machine works great and is making money. I have since ordered 3 machines from a different vendor as they answered my questions and have ensure I will get the correct plugs.

Ordered 2 KDA box 2's. Everything went great and any questions I had were answered quickly. My first ever miners, very easy to set up.

goldshell products are great quality for home use. delivery is ahead of planned time and 100% reliable. i cant wait for new doge miner 2 to purchase again.
