I am so happy with my Chamaerops…
I am so happy with my Chamaerops Humilis. Lovely looking, healthy and plenty of foliage. I also got buy one get one free on the Musa Basjoo. They were so much taller then I thought they would be. Already have new leaves after a week. Communication was excellent. I was able to message the company when I needed help with how to care for my plants. Excellent company and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

My plant arrived safely & on time
My plant arrived safely & on time. It was in good condition and I was very pleased with it. I re-potted it in a larger pot and after a few days it is covered in flowers and has exceeded my expectations. I will plant my shrub (salvia-hot lips) in the border when the weather is cooler. Thank you to the nurseries who grew it and to the company who transported it.

Really outstanding customer service
Really outstanding customer service. One of my boxes had been badly damaged by the carrier, they emailed me straight away apologising and instantly resolving the issue. Replacement plants were sent out extremely quickly. Plants themselves are lovely and obviously very well cared for. Thank you Golden Valley Plants! Website was easy to use.
I was very pleased indeed with the condition of the plants and the quality of packaging.
Delivery was good with frequent updates.
One plant was delivered later than the rest but that wasn’t a big problem because communication was good.
Will definitely order from this company again.

Not great...but good
I found the website difficult to navigate. And I ordered the wrong thing. Contacting Golden Valley was virtually impossible - though I managed via the parent company.
From then on everything went very well indeed. My incorrect order was refunded and a correct order dispatchted and received within three days.
