Beautiful strong, healthy plants superbly packaged. These foxgloves had travelled from Hereford to Whitley Bay without losing a single leaf.

I’ve had some shocking experiences with mail order plants this year - from some of the big named companies so though I would try golden valley plants. After a mistake on my address when I ordered the company have gone out of their way to assist me which has been much appreciated.

The plants that have arrived so far are really good healthy plants - far better than from their competitors. Am looking forward to the rest of my delivery and already looking at what I could purchase next!

Received a lovely replacement plant after problems originally with delivery. The plant arrived in excellent condition and looked lovely.

I had a small issue with my order, but Sally responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She arranged replacements for both the Agapanthus and the missing Verbena without any fuss — so kind and efficient.

I am not an experienced gardener and wanted some plants that were pretty friendly. I ordered the power friendly bundle done beautiful plants arrived with instructions where to plant in a great healthy condition. I will definitely be using golden valley plants again

I bought from Golden Valley Plants 17 peony plants in pots this season alone. After first reserved buy ( I never bought from them before) I was so delighted that I spend even more 2 weeks later... I use one of peonies to be wedding present for my coworker (peony symbolize prosperity, good luck and love) they are so beautiful. And few even were in bloom which I admit I did not expected. Team is professional, accommodating and responsive. I will be back next year for more plants :)

I placed an order for some roses as gifts in memory of a loved one. I had previously ordered from another company but was let down and the customer service was shocking therefore I looked elsewhere. The roses arrived within 4 working days and they are beautiful. They are already well established and the roses have really come out in the last few days. I’m so impressed with this company and the service.

I am so, so happy with the plants received! Ordered 3 digitalis/foxgloves, my favourite plants. I was blown away with the size and quality - a huge pot that was fully filled with roots, and really large, healthy, robust plants. Dispatched and received at lightening speed too. Will definitely be back - hard to find high quality mail order nurseries so this is a really valued find!

Ordered selection of plants for shade. They arrived promptly and were of good quality and a good mix.

I left with a stunning monstera and a couple of vibrant succulents, and I can’t wait to see them flourish.

Ordered a glorious parfuma rose that I had my eye on. Excellent delivery well packaged. Very healthy rose. Can't wait for it to flower next year.

I just want to add that this company, that I just recently purchased some Dahlias from, are amazing and true to their word. I ordered 3 and they were phenomenal even though they are obviously posted in card board boxes. Could not believe the quality and standard I received them in. Thank you Sally, their customer support was exceptional. Had a slight issue with one as when it flowered it was yellow, which was not what I ordered, albeit it was beautiful and they have sent me another plant which will hopefully be a Dahlia Sunrise. No quibble. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. I very rarely write reviews bad, good or indifferent, but in one week experienced two different experiences.

Great quality plants which were so carefully packaged too. Great communication too letting me know there had been a change to the order to increase the size of the plants at no extra cost.Plants are mature and doing well.
