They advertise products using images from other companies, lure you in to purchase and then send you cheap, inferior crap. When you try to return the product, the shipping, back to their operational base, which is registered in London, UK, is at your own expense! I am absolutely furious!!!

I wished I had of seen the reviews the dress I brought was absolutely the cheapest rubbish I have purchased not happy with this false company

The product received was nothing like the photo or description - merino wool was actually polyester/ cotton. I am supposed to return the incorrect items to an international address at my expense. Never, ever buy from this Company.

Stay away from this company, it's a total scam. I ordered a pair of sandals, and when they arrived they were nothing like the photo - they were cheap and defective - the ankle strap was non-functional. When I asked for a refund (many times), I was told to send them back to China at my own expense with paid tracking information so they could 'consider' a refund. They appear to have Australian distribution, but in reality, it's all drop-shipped from China. Even after stating there was zero point returning the sandals at my expense because they were faulty and could not be resold, they still insisted.

I’d have given zero if I could. They make themselves appear they’re in Australia but they are not. The sizes are falsely advertising. I take a size AU11 so that’s what I ordered and the shoes were far too small. Then to get a refund you have to send them back to china at your expense.

Is it possible to leave a no star

Linen garment purchased and it was 100% polyester wouldn’t even waste my time putting it on it went straight into the bin

They only get one star as I have to give them something. Absolute theft for the price you pay for this cheap crap. Clothing advertised as linen is just cheap polyester and the standard of the make of these pieces is appalling. Better off shopping at Temu than this site as Temu at least only charge accordingly to make and fabric. Disgusting behaviour. This shop should be shut down

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do NOT buy from this Chinese person impersonating a bona fide shop. Oscar Minnaard (which no doubt is NOT his real name - it's actually a soccer player!) is a total pig. I doubt I'll get my money back. Cowardly little slug. I have reported him to PayPal and also the ACCC in Australia (ScamWatch).

Well I went on this website thinking I was going to get a 💯 percent genuine leather jacket how disgusting I received from china a polyester plastic jacket if you could call it that , I messaged them they gave me a non existent address to send back to china, I got scammed this company needs to be shut down I say to them what they sow they will reap and sooner or later they will get caught out do not buy anything from this company sounds wonderful looks professional well there scamming lots of good people I hope someone can do something about this company they should be ashamed and taken to court this is Golden sands boutique 😤😫🤮

This Site is a SCAM. It needs to be shut down. Do not buy SCAM SITE. I'm writing this to warn others. I can only guess that the first few reviews are also false. Not consistent with the later reviews. This site slipped into another reputable shoe site I was purchasing from and I added 2 pair of shoes not realising. Over $150 for quality of the cheapest shoes you would ever find in a third world country. SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE. PLEASE TAKE DOWN THIS SITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent me the wrong size shoes by 2 full shoe sizes, and they arrived in a post bag instead of a box, so they were crushed. When I sent an email to advise they had sent me the wrong size and they were crushed they advised me I would have to pay to return the shoes and depending on the condition of the shoes they may give me a refund. No matter how many times I went back and forth (with photos) disputing I should have to pay to return the shoes given it was their error not mine they refused to pay for the postage. I decided not to return them as I did not trust they would refund me the cost of the shoes and then I would be out the postage cost as well. Disgusting behaviour given the shoes were not cheap.

1 star is too much. Scam site from China stear clear.

Would have given no stars but 1 reluctantly. Appalling service. Was sent the wrong size and after emailing with photos of their mistake was told its up to me to send them back to China ( 🤣) at my expense. , to receive my refund. DONT buy from this site .

Should have read the reviews. Ordered a linen shirt in a large size. The shirt that arrived 100% polyester and would be small men’s at best. An absolute joke. It wasn’t even cheap - could have bought for third of the price. You most certainly do not get what you paid for. This is the type of thing that gives China a bad reputation.

I bought some shoes from goldensands boutique and when they arrived they were not a good fit. I messaged them to get details on how to return them and heard nothing back. Emailed again. Still nothing. Very disappointed.

Bought a red knitted hooded, zipped cardigan/top. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive. When it did it was a slightly cropped and too fitted for me (am a size 10 and this was more like a size 8) and the red colour was a very bright tomato colour. I requested to return it for a refund, that entails emailing the company, which was responded to over a week later, followed by 4 more emails where the company asked for basic details about the top. Eventually they provided the returns address to China, that costs over £30. The Post Office warned me not to send as they have had complaints that the company states they never receive the item and therefore no refund is issued. The Post Office advised me to sell it privately. I regret buying as the website looks like a good reputable company.

Took 4 weeks to deliver a dress by which time I had moved and was travelling. They acknowledged they knew about their delivery issues, however did not point this out at the point of purchase, the website said delivery within 3-7 days. Refusing to refund me the full amount for their error - DO NOT BUY IT IS NOT WORTH IT - in the process of reporting them to ACCC

This site is a scam. The clothes are rubbish.
Even their address in the UK is a scam. Nothing about this is about sourcing from UK or having a presence in Australia.
The shorts I bought were meant to be linen. They are nylon. Nothing they delivered are true to their website.
THIS IS A SCAM SITE.

Scam. Be warned!
I bought two shirts that were said to be linen. Cost NZ$85 each. They were very poor quality and synthetic. Not what was advertised or pictured on the website. Came direct from one of those knock off sites we’re all familiar with.
No response to emails. Even when I raised the consumer rights act.
But, Phoned my bank, requested they raise a disputed transaction, and they gave me my money back. Anyone else who gets scammed should do the same as the more people who do that could result in the credit card companies taking action against these reprobates.

This site is a complete scam. I have been sending emails and can’t get a response. The phone number doesn’t connect.
Lesson learnt. Said it was orthopaedic shoes and they were flat cheap plastic.
