Do not buy from this seller.....

My experience with Golden Sands Boutique has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased multiple items based on the website photographs, descriptions and fabric claims. What I received was very different from what I ordered and what was advertised.

One item was completely the wrong garment, another was supplied in the wrong size, and an item advertised as linen was actually polyester. The overall quality of the clothing I received was extremely poor, with cheap materials, poor stitching and finishing that did not resemble the quality represented on the website or justify the prices charged.

I contacted the company multiple times requesting to return the items and receive a full refund. My initial emails were not answered. When they eventually responded, they continued asking me for photographs of individual items rather than providing a return label and resolving my request to return the entire order.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that other buyers exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company. The products I received did not match what was advertised, and getting the matter resolved has been extremely difficult.

I would not purchase from this seller again.

Went to return item for refund to China but it failed to receive confirmation from customs by merchant because merchant would need to paid dutys to receive item so package was sent back to me via shipping, so 30 day return grantree is worthless if the merchant does not accept the customs duty.

Absolutely frustrating experience!! Totally different product ! They don't take responsibility and they tell you return postage is the responsibility of the customer even when the product has no similarities with the photo!! Of course it is really expensive to return the parcel ( more expensive than the product !!)

I wish i could give a 0 star! Item was nothing like to picture. Fabric cheap and nasty. Colour was not like what i chose. Ive email for a refund, no answer! If i had seen these reviews first i wouldnt have even bothered.

The Low grade poor quality crap that was sent to me, did not look like the pictures. Then I sent several emails with pictures and descriptions no response. Then I got a response, I asked for a simple refund please and a return lable, as I did not change my mind I got duped SCAMED, I am happy to return thier crap no problem. I get TWO different Chinese addresses I pair to go to one address one pair to go to another address but they are the same pants just different colours how do you know which one goes where? I ask? They want me to post to two different places in china at my expense when they cheated me. The address on the packaging when it arrived said NSW, online it states the office is in London, I thought I was dealing with a UK company, it appears to be a spiders web that I just got caught in. It's a bloody Joke and I am furious. How dare they. Do your selves a favour people do not get caught out.

Dishonest use of a uk address on promotional material. Less than transpatent returns process to China which is expensive. Item not remotely correctly sized.

Drop shipping from TEMU do not use.

Slow delivery, dress was nothing like the photo. Poor quality and sizing. Paid $20 aus to return and over a month and still no refund . Company asking for A POD .. before refunding. Auspost shows parcel still at China customs

Purchased a pants set, firstly it looks nothing like it does on the picture. Secondly the item come and they sent me the wrong colour. I ordered Blue they sent me cream then tell me I have to pay to send the item back that they incorrectly sent me in the first place. And the item has to be sent back to China.Thirdly, the item was scrunched up in a ball and shoved in a plastic bag, not even folded. No labels on the item cheap horrible material. Nothing like what their website portrays them to be. Customer service is appalling to say the least, they take a they take a week to reply to you. Absolute rip off.
Don’t waste your money.

The shirt was meant to be an XL but when measured up against their sizing chart it only came up as a small. Also the quality was poor . Despite the address on the website being a UK address when pressed about return they sent me an address in China to return item to. Despite the fault being theirs they expect me to pay return shipping which will probably cost as much as the inferior shirt did. Do not buy!

Again, one more unhappy client.
After receiving a very disappointing jumper totally different from the picture on their website. Ask for refund. Had to send back to china. Their address of the warehouse is 3 lines long and I sent it on the 3rd of July 2026 and still hasn't arrived as we speak.
Very disappointed. Contacted customer service and left a message on their website. Nobody emailed me back.
AVOID AVOID not trustworthy company.

I ordered a dress looked nothing like the one advertised, and they sent the wrong colour as well. So so difficult to get a reply and a return label sent, absolutely ridiculous, will never shop here again. I ordered the dress in June 2026, and still waiting for a resolution, its now September 2026.

Total garbage Chinese shoes. Didn’t even fit me. What’s worse is they charged me $100 and sending the products back will cost me $60.

Communication was total crap as well. Took over a month to get back to me only to tell me they can’t do anything.

I’ll just donate the shoes for now.

Fully endorse other reviews, shabby goods, not as advertised; do not want to refund using barter tactics, do not acknowledge questions. This is a scam set up to extract money. Today received item that was 'out of stock's from original order, I had said twice Do Not Send, Not Wanted - ít arrived, completely different to website photo, cheap all round. Also there are no delivery notes sent with goods. DO NOT USE.

Ordered a size 4 shoe in “genuine leather” but received incorrect size and the shoe definitely was not leather. Was a very cheap imitation and certainly not as per the image advertised. Took several emails to finally get a response which asked me to return at my own cost to an address in China. No mention of a refund or an exchange for the correct size. Incidentally- have since seen the same shoe on other websites for less than half the price I paid - at least they weren’t suggesting genuine leather.
AVOID THIS COMPANY

CONTACT YOUR BANK AND REQUEST THAT THEY PLACE A DISPUTE FOR THE ITEM, AND GIVE THEM DETAILS OF THE PURCHASE. They were brilliant, and I got my money back.
As my purchase had come through/or from a Sydney warehouse (according to the postage details), it means that the company has a 'footprint' in Australia, and is therefore bound by Australian Consumer law.
They tried to get me to withdraw the dispute, claiming they would refund directly, instead of through the bank.DO NOT AGREE TO THIS. MAKE SURE YOU LET THE BANK DO IT, they simply use this as another delay tactic.

Scam!
I purchased a pair of “leather, size 8” shoes and received a size 10 shoe, made of plastic. It has now been months of communication, with terrible responses. I was told to return these back to China and have not heard anything since.
Don’t bother, go to Shien or Temu instead.

Item was falsely advertised, not even similar to the dress listed on their website. Attempted to gain a refund but it was refused unless I paid for return postage. Very poor, avoid at all costs!

Save your money. Product was not as advertised. Very poor quality. Took weeks to get a response in regard to getting a refund. Refund process was so problematic that I ended up throwing the item in the rubbish bin.

Ordered Linen shirts that arrived as cheap 100% cotton versions. Request for refund only if returned to China address at my expense, and multiple emails with weeks to get a reply apologising for delay and now crickets . Makes Temu seem like a 6 star site. Dishonest and fake advertising. Do not order !
