The young lady that phoned me was extremely helpful, pleasant to talk to and covered all my concerns. When I had to terminate the call due to me not being able to talk, we arranged for her to call me again, she did this and completed the paperwork with no fuss or bother.

Professional advice great consultant knew about your policy

The agent that I dealt with was very clear and precise during our conversation and his warm and calming personality was felt throughout the entire phone conversation. He also made me feel comfortable to fire questions at him that he answered with calm and reassurance so based on his deliver approach it made me comfortable enough to choose to be a part of the Golden Life Insurance family.

The customer staff where really helpful and friendly

Simple and straightforward questions and answers. Able to set my amount of insurance, no hard sale to increase the amount.
