Good service and delivery
Good service, easy ordering from website, quick shipping. Price was little higher for couple of items, compared with other sellers, but delivery was very smooth. The quality of the items was also good.

Delivered wrong item, they don't own their mistake
We have ordered for ghungroo with 3 lines and they have delivered ghungroo with 4 lines. Even though it is their mistake I have to pay shipping back for return. I ended up buying locally as it won't reach on time. Also after returning. I have to call them atleast 10 times for return money. Be careful avoid to buy from their site directly instead use big brand ones where return policy is clear!

The collections are awesome, I would give 5 rating to the same. But while shipping, we packed like it is moving when we shake. So few stones came out. We had good packaging, but not near to the collection. I suggest you keep thermacoal near to the chain as well where you are tieing it with the white board so that it will not move.
