I am not sure this company is legit

I am not sure this company is legit or not. My HP printer wasn't working and went to HP online to fix. They had AI walk me through the fix that didnt really work. The AI told me that they will give this to a technician from outside HP. The called cleaned up my printer and fixed what they say was blocking the computer compatibilty with the printer. They shared my compuer using a hp link that I had used many times prior. However I have a very uneasy feeling about this. Will write a review after this. BTW as I write this I have flsh notices my printer is down and need to be fixed. Feeling totally helpless
