I deposited for the first time yesterday using a bonus code for 100fs (which I checked with live support that I was eligible for before depositing). I did not receive the fs. After numerous live chats I was told my issue had been sent to the relevant team. 24hrs later I get a response from said 'relevant team' that mentioned nothing of my free spins I was missing and telling me to wait for my deposit to land. I replied immediately but I've been told that I may not hear back again for another 24hrs!! I have all the chat transcripts so there is no argument. I opened an account with golden bet around 10 months ago and initially had a couple of little withdrawals max withdrawal was around £200 but had to jump through hoops to set up the withdrawal process they made it very difficult to be able to withdraw, anyway since these small withdrawals I have literally deposited over 20k and barely even get a bonus anymore if I do get a bonus they pay bare minimum and as you have to wager your deposit 1x there's never even enough balance to be able to make a withdrawal, the games come amd go and are glitchy and crash, they clearly prey on the vulnerable being a non gam stop site and accept credit card payments, my partner also made an account and won 13k and they confiscated the full amount and shut down his account!!
