Didn't know I had already had an account.
Why did the site let me open another one, same address, mobile number etc? Bad coding!!
Despoisted £360.00 in the new account, No problem playing and was enjoying the experience. Had £2900 in my account and it suddenly went to £100.
I was told I was in breach of there terms and conditions and that I could only withdrawal the last deposit of £100.00.
Surely this is theft? why not let me withdraw the amount £360.00 deposited and no harm done. Alternatively close the original account and re load my balance on the latest one.
Now waiting for verification.

I went and made a deposit through bank transfer but it never went into my gaming account.... I spoke thru the live chat and and asked me to prove my payment... I did all that took screenshots ect ... for them to say its been credited to my account and shut the chat down instantly ... it had not been credited to my account and now I can't get into touch with them cos they ghost me .... avoid this place its a total scam

Don’t believe that they have such a high rating. They cheat and scam, especially their affiliate team. You shouldn’t trust Nico, Rick, and Roger. They promise gold and everything else, and when you’ve brought in lots of members, they claim it’s fraud and you lose your bonus. Don’t waste your time on them or Goldenbet.
