WARNING! Here you will be robbed of your money! We booked a car, paid rent, an extra charge of €40 for picking up outside office hours and €37 for priority to avoid queuing. Then it is very strange that the desk is closed when we arrive and when we return the next day they say they rented our car to another customer?! They say that we should get in touch in writing and then get our money back minus the first day. Strange, but we do that, then get the answer that because we didn't pick up within opening hours, we won't get any money back?!? Then why did we pay extra? Lying thieves!

Rented a car waiting reimbursement since one year
Rented a car using the website, discovering that the price was different when we got to to the Airport in Brindisi Italy, asking for reimbursement since 1 year no answer, very bad customer service, I will not rent a car with GoldenCar/interrent ever.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost, Goldcar emailed myself offering me a car for €25 four days special offer as used before . Then on arrival charged €175 but advised this will be credited to my account. Emailed Goldcar customer services who are not interested what’s so ever.

Unexpected charge after return-no explanation
I found an unexpected charge after returning the vehicle. The website just sends you in circles, facebook page is useless. I telephoned the local office at Birmingham Airport and they haven't a clue. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. My only hope is the credit card company will refund the payment. I will never use this company again

total fraud
total fraud, avoid at all cost (for me the cost was paying cancellation fee to economycarrentals.com (which btw never refund this cost although it was a clear scam) and paying for another company (rodoscars, which were realy good).
details:
1. payed online for car, insurance and TDW (insurance excesses waiver)
2. at local office they asked for extra insurance or else will not provide the car
3. economycarrentals.com had no comments on scam
