big change with Europcar On Demand
I am a customer of Ubeeqo from 2019 and was satisfied with the good service and customer care. however they changed the app and now called europcar on demand, they have a lot of problems.
the most important is that their reliability is very poor. you organize yourself according to your reservation and suddenly they cancel it with a basic email without any solution.

This is a scam company that operates with cars/systems that don't work. Additionally when you try to reach support, it doesn't matter if you call or e-mail you never get a reply and as no one even replies it's impossible to get a refund when the car doesn't even open the door when you try to unlock it.
Two cancelled trips and terrible support
Europcar has ruined two of my trips even after I had reserved a car. The first time, the car was completely unusable (flat tire, engine wouldn’t start), and despite promising a refund, I still haven’t received my money after 18 days. The second time, I tried booking through the app, but it failed with an error. I called support, and they managed to reserve a car, but the payment didn’t go through, and the booking was canceled without any notification - on the day of the trip when no other cars were available.
Calling their support is a nightmare—long waits, no solutions. They just keep saying it’s a system error and that they can’t do anything about it. Avoid Europcar if you want to avoid ruined plans and endless frustration.
Account suspended
hi, my account is suspended and they give me a reason because you have duplicates account. You need to delete accounts and then we activate your account. I'm also reserved from the account Registered already. I called on the customer service and asked me that write an email. I write too many emails but no response for any email. No it's three days has been gone. I don't have any response. My experience was very good. Customer service is bad and now my account is suspended.

I am a regular Ubeeqo user and so far I have always been happy with the service, but what has happened now excessive renting rates per day. 100% increase from the previous prices, now a Fiat500 instead of costing me per weekend an amount of 90-100 euros. Now the costs have been duplicated to 200 euros, and also the extra km has increased from 0.18 to 0.20. This is an insult to all the users including me who have been using this service for a long time.
Stay Away!
Planning ahead, we reserved a car for our trip a month in advance. However, just two days prior to our scheduled rental, Ubeeqo notified us that our booking had been abruptly canceled. Upon attempting to rebook, we were shocked to find that the new price was three times higher than our initial reservation. Frustrated, we reached out to Ubeeqo's customer service, only to be informed of a system glitch, and that we'd need to make a new booking at the current inflated rate. This experience unfortunately echoes past encounters with Ubeeqo, consistently plagued by issues. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Ubeeqo altogether

One of the worst carsharing companies ever used. Not once the ride went smoothly, I constantly had to call to solve some issue, many times the car doesn't start or is not in the right location. The customer service is not helpful either, they keep promising refunding me but they never do. DO NOT SIGN UP!

WORST COMPANY EVER
Tried two times, failed both times.
Both times I ordered a vehicle here at Dietlikon IKEA I stood outside with all my stuff and no vehicle that could be unlocked. Happened because the last booker didn't close the booking properly. Support told me they couldn't do anything for me. This can happen once, but not twice, especially not if it's your core business. Will just rent a car from Hertz or elsewhere next time.

Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with.
About 50% of the reservations I have done with Ubeeqo (50+) gave problems. Cars that won't unlock, bookings that get canceled by Ubeeqo for no reason, extra charges out of no-where, the app won't work etc. etc. Now they also cancelled my suscription and increased the price. And to make it worst, they even increase the rate more on weekends etc, without mentioning it. You'll find out the moment you get charged that the total price is suddenly like 30% more expensive. I gave up on Ubeeqo, and will never use them anymore. This is probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
Awful customer service
Up until this month (Jan 24) I had nothing bad at all to say about Ubeeqo at all. I would actively recommend friends and family to use them and enjoyed a lot of trips over the last year using their cars. However, on my last booking before Christmas I received a charge I didn't recognise and when I queried it, they have refused to answer what it is. I have emailed them around 4 times to every email address I can find in English and Spanish but I am still being ignored. This could be a great company but is being seriously let down by their customer service as it looks like they don't care.

Nothing is easy with setting up an account or dealing with Customer service in Spain. Long waits or they just hang up. Maybe its lack of operators to speak in English although the first option they provide is for you to select english. Had rentals experience where they disabled the car during the rental period so I couldn't get it started again. Wasted 45 mins trying to reach them without anyone answering calls. I think the company is trying to be techy but just not competent enough to be efficient. This car sharing idea is great but hopefully they can improve or some other company can also get into this space and execute it properly.

Terrible and unacceptable customer service
I was excited to try out this car sharing company, which was recommended to my by a good friend. Before making my first booking, I read on the website that, in case that no particular petrol station was around, any petrol station could be used and self pay, and that the receipt needed to be emailed to the company. That is exactly what happened to us during this first trip. After returning home, a few days later I uploaded the receipt and sent the email to the address that was listed on their app or website. I kept receiving messages that my email could not be delivered to that address. Finally I called the customer service, and was able to speak with someone in English, albeit a rather poor English. The person who I spoke with clearly had no idea about this problem, and was far from convincing that she could help me. Her response was tentative, and she was telling me that I had to look for the email address on the app or on the web! Which is exactly what I already had done! She had no clue. This already stroke a nerve with me, because a company's customer service needs to be knowledgeable to indeed assist customers and find a solution for any problem! The next few days I found a second email address on their website, so I repeated to send my receipt to that particular email address. And lo and behold, the same error messages kept coming that my email once again was undeliverable to that email address!!! So I decided to call customer service again today, and the person did not speak English, nor was he willing to transfer me to someone that could assist me in English. So, with my broken Spanish I tried to explain what had happened with the emails not going through, and quickly there was a mutual frustration resulting into an agitated person, who was telling me not to interrupt him and not letting me continue to speak!! This is clearly unacceptable as "customer service", which by my opinion needs to be a patient and listening person to assist and resolve the problem that was existing in my case! His behavior was unacceptable, and he was basically telling me that it was MY problem and to me he clearly was not willing to solve my problem, and he possibly wouldn't even know how. We sort of ended yelling at each other! i got totally fed up with this behavior and him not showing respect to me as a customer!!
I finally told him some bad words, that to me he deserved, and hung up. Result: I am stuck with a receipt of 20 euros that, according to the website, would be reimbursed to me when they would receive this receipt. And apparently there is NO way to email this receipt, at least both representatives that I spoke with, were unable to assist me and solve my issue!
When I later tried to open the application on y phone, there was a notification that my account was suspended!!!! If any person that really works for Ubeequo, could please contact me and inform me as to how I can get this receipt sent over, I would greatly appreciate it.

Incapable customer support
First, my reservation was canceled due to technical reasons. So I called the hotline and they told me it must be a mistake and they will for sure fix it. So I waited a few days, nothing was fixed, then I called again, they promised again to fix it and to wait one more day. Of course it didn't happen and I had to search other companies for car rental not to ruin my weekend plans.
Secondly, I had to refill the tank. Their card wasn't working so I paid by my own card and wanted to get reimbursed. Instead, they charged me full amount and never reimbursed me so I basically paid twice...
Never use it again...

Charged 100 euros for a car that wasn't the one we rented
July 7-9
My family, consisting of two adults and two children, rented a Hyundai Kona. Although the car was clean, there was a tire pressure issue with the right tire. In a rush, we decided to address the problem ourselves by going to a gas station.
July 11
We were surprised to find a 100 euro fee labelled as "inappropriate cleaning conditions" added to our bill. We had actually cleaned the car before returning it, as we hadn't spent much time in it to make a mess.
July 14
During our first call to Ubeeqo customer service, they advised us to email their support for clarification on the fees, which we promptly did. In response, we received an email within an hour, along with attached images that showed significant dog hair inside the car. The relief was palpable since the car in the images was clearly not the Hyundai Kona we had rented, and we don't own a dog. To make our case even more evident, we attached a picture of the car's trunk, showing the stark contrast between the dog hair-covered trunk in the images and the Hyundai Kona's trunk.
In a swift reply, Ubeeqo's email support informed us that there was nothing they could do, asserting that the car in question was indeed ours. Despite our repeated requests for a picture of the license plate of the vehicle with the dog hair, to demonstrate the mistake, they continued to assert that the responsibility was ours, emphasizing that we should have taken photos of the car before returning it.
August 21
Despite sending additional emails on July 31st and August 19th, their response remained consistent, and they eventually closed our case, maintaining their stance that the dog hair-filled car was the one we had rented. This experience has led us to a clear conclusion: Ubeeqo should be avoided at all costs. Despite our innocence, they unjustly accused and charged us. Their customer service is unresponsive, making it impossible to communicate our claim effectively.

The money has been refunded with no apologize, still progress however
