I am a regular player but I have been punished for winning and the chat operator digested that my account be subject to a manual detailed review I just wanted my winnings that’s all it has been four days I was told to wait 3 I did they refused to process my redemption and then when I questioned the rep I was met with rudeness and stall tactics to further wait when I can tell you now I played one game for no longer than 40! Similar to another recent review, I had had issues with logging in and created a second account so I could continue playing. They were both linked to one bank account, and when I tried to withdraw funds from the second account it became locked and I never received my winnings. I think that was a few hundred dollars if I remember correctly, because it was several months ago. I tried the help in the app, but that’s completely useless as it’s only automated responses. I doubt it’s even monitored. Meanwhile, the other account was left accessible, and I could still deposit and play, which I did numerous times over the course of the following months, so I assumed there would be no issues withdrawing should I win. Well a couple days ago I had a good run and went to withdraw $1132, only to find the following day that the withdrawal was cancelled by the company and that account was also locked. That is especially unfair and deceptive, to continue to allow deposits and then lock an account.
I would strongly suggest avoiding this group.
