Go Go Gold already paid me seven times…

They finally paid the $181 after this review went live.
That does not change how they handled it. Same account and card ending 3083 they already paid 7 times. They said KYC failed, could not name which step failed, then locked the account and held the $181.
In chat they only repeated scripted answers. After the lockout they kept transferring me to the AI chat and refused to have a person talk to me. No real support until it was public on Trustpilot.
I will not play here again. Still 1 star.

After waiting and also being told my redemption was in fact sent to my account, well this morning received an email stating that redemption had failed because they never sent it out!!
Oh and the cherry on top is my player account has been closed,, yeah that seems about right whenever there's bs and scammers involved 👎🏾

I was finally able to cash out my…

I was finally able to cash out my winnings. Had a hard time reading my ID. Now the graphics in the game are messing up and I cant see what some of the numbers are during my spins. Hope it gets fixed. Great game and I enjoy it a lot. Cashed out at $100+ transferred in a matter of minutes!
