Good customer service
I received a false SMS about a supposed order (that I did not place), and when I clicked on it, I was automatically enrolled in a membership subscription to receive orders. Despite this fraudulent operation, the company contacted me and offered a refund. I would like to point out that they have good customer service, despite my inadvertently subscribing to their membership through a false link.
