Eric helped me, i think he is the manager and he guaranteed my refund, he was prompt and so easy to talk to, thank you to everyone who tried to help me get my refund back and with cancellation.

I recently requested a cancellation of my subscription which I had not realized was done automatically when I signed up for a chance to win a gift. The reply was very prompt and they immediately informed me that my request would be met and my subscription would be cancelled. However during the 14 day cancellation period more fees were withdrawn. Imani quickly reached out to me stating she will do her best to refund the amount.
