A Disgusting Experience

It is really sickening to receive a mail from Gogiftforyou.com after every third day for removing or updating the review that I had written regarding my experience. Instead of responding to my queries, they convey that matter has been resolved as the deducted amount has been refunded. I have neither received yet the refunded amount nor answers to my questions. Why I am being forced to remove my review time and again.
