Disappointed considering the Hype
Unfortunately I found the website very confusing. Having stated varifocal were available, they were not for reactive lenses in a thinner lenses. Seems they have a variety of miss match. I have cut my losses. It’s cheaper than the google translate reply in pigeon English and the 15 emails. My recommendation would be to look around further for so spectacles and not use this company.

Really dissapointed
Update: following an original issue with new glasses the company have swiftly resolved this and I am very pleased with their services.
Ive ordered a number of pairs from this company and they have been excellent. Ordered this pair of bi focal sunglasses and really dissapointed so wont be wearing. The frames are really horrible and the bi focal is just a little segment. Shame as now putting me off future purchases.

Thank you for your reply, I have hopefully stopped the unwanted emails, now please STOP tracking me with adverts that pop up at every website I visit.
Your glasses are fine and I am a customer who is happy with your service but I really don't need the constant barrage of advertisements that go with it. It turns a good experience into a bad one.

The frames I bought were sold as blue, they do have a slight blue tinge in a certain light, but generally they just look black; not as the image implied.

Amazing help with my problem! The first pair I ordered did not arrive. However, after I mentioned this to the team, they helped me as best as they could, even going as far as making some changes to the original frames/lenses. The new pair then came really fast and they are extremely good quality for how cheap they are. Absolutely amazing!
