Track & Trace is a disaster. "On the way", means same day or next working day, that' as accurate as it gets. Worst case you have to stay 2 working days at home to receive the delivery.....

GOFO Express has been a complete waste of time. Multiple times the tracking changed to “Out for delivery – Haarlem”, and then… nothing. No delivery, no call, no notification, no status update. I was stuck at home from 9 AM until 10 PM, and only around 11 PM the status reverted back to “Preparing for delivery” like the van never existed.
The same thing happened again the next day: “Preparing” → “Out for delivery” → no-show.
Their chat UI / customer service bot feels designed to avoid helping you. The employees I reached were polite, but they couldn’t provide any useful information (no ETA, no explanation, no solution).
Reliability and communication are both near zero.

Horrible customer experience. The courier just left the package on my doorstep while I've never given permission to do this. My neighbours were at home, they could've delivered it there instead but the courier didn't even bother trying. When you try to fill in a complaint form they tell you the tracking number is incorrect (no it's definitely the right one), or make you wait in an impossibly long queue to try and chat with an employee (which never happened because they said it was 'busy' and just throw you out of the queue). Worst shipping company I've had so far.

My experience with GOFO is excellent! They have delivered my orders correctly 4 times, the delivery person is friendly and tidy. If there's something to be a bit less happy about, it's SHEIN, which takes a long time to send the orders. GOFO has done its job excellently in my opinion!

The courier delivered the package to the wrong address in a completely different location, where it wasn't. The company replied that they had a photo (it was there, but taken somewhere else entirely). And if I don't have any CCTV evidence, they can't do anything. Not everyone has CCTV these days. And I don't think I'm the one who should solve the problem if the courier made a mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My experience with GOFO Netherlands regarding a TEMU order has been extremely disappointing. The package arrived in the Netherlands over a week ago, and since then nothing has been moving forward. For no clear reason, the parcel was sent back to the sorting center in Amsterdam, and no proper explanation was provided.
After days of waiting and missed deadlines, the tracking was finally updated today to say that the package was “with courier,” giving the impression that delivery would happen. However, it is now evening, and I still have not received anything. No courier arrived, and no message or update was sent.
The lack of communication, misleading tracking information, and repeated delays make this service completely unreliable. I am still waiting for my TEMU order with no clear resolution. I would not recommend GOFO Netherlands based on this experience.

The worst delivery service in the Netherlands.
I genuinely think this company has to be a front; no way they are a real delivery company. Avoid if you can or accept that your package will be dumped somewhere when you're not home; never to be seen again.

Honestly the WORST experience with delivery company I’ve ever had. They will do everything not to give you your money back!
Courier left my package at the front door, at the incorrect address, and unfortunately package got stolen.
After reporting it customers service representatives were asking me for pictures of my actual address, when I provided it, they begin to asking questions like proof, that I was at work at that time, they wanted me to show my time table/clock in register from my place of work (!?). They have no rights asking for such a sensitive data!
After I refused and threaten that I will proceed with legal actions, they finally approved my complaint.
I had to wait more than 2 weeks for the email with official confirmation that the package was lost.
All process took almost a MONTH!!!
They don’t deserve even one star.

I would like to report a serious issue with GOFO’s delivery service. My parcel has been missing for more than 10 days, and despite my continuous follow-ups, no real action has been taken. Each time I contact GOFO, I only receive vague answers such as “we have forwarded your case to another department,” but nothing changes and no update is provided.
This parcel is very important for my work, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I experience problems with GOFO deliveries. Their service is consistently unreliable and disorganized, while PostNL always delivers my parcels correctly and on time.
I hope that management will review this complaint seriously and take action to locate my parcel and improve the service, as the current situation is unacceptable.

Still no package after more then a month showing that is being handled by the courier. Asked multiple times, same response: wait 2-3 days. Now status online says it is delivered however no package was brough to our house. Checked with neighbours, nothing. This is not the first time happening with this courier. This doesn't feel like a legit courier company.
