I am writing this review on the international page because customer service in Italy has not been able to help me.
11/02 I have sent 4, maybe 5 emails. The tracking shows a delivery attempt yesterday that never actually took place. I was expecting a rescheduled delivery for today (after answering all their questions through the automatically generated link yesterday), but I still have not received any response and the shipment is not out for delivery.
I reserve the right to update my rating if the parcel is delivered today, 12/02.
On 13/02 I called customer service. Although the representative was polite, they were unable to intervene and could not even provide a certain date for the new delivery (possibly Tuesday the 17th, which I hope will be the case, otherwise I have no idea when I will be able to receive it).
I would like to point out that the delivery was originally scheduled for 10/02.
Update 16/02: After sending 5 emails, contacting customer service by phone, and updating the delivery information on their website, they wrote to me again asking for further confirmation of the shipping address. I replied again on Saturday. As of today, the shipment is still not out for delivery.
Update 24/02: Today I was informed that the parcel has been returned to the sender, without any further delivery attempts. Now I just hope the parcel reaches the sender and that I will receive a refund. Unbelievable.

The most miserable delivery company…

The most miserable delivery company ever. It takes a lot to motivate me to write this. First they delivered to a completely wrong residential address and took photos to prove they delivered (thereby giving me proof they did not). Then I wrote their customer service email address & got their automated reply to wait 3 days for research. Then I called them after 4-5 days, and their AI (no human available) could not find my package number. Sure enough -- when I searched online again for my valid package number they had removed all information on it from the system! Now trying to resolve this with the original Aliexpress seller. It is really too bad that Aliexpress sellers are largely moving to gig worker services like Gofo Express -- I will no longer be able to buy from them if I can't assure myself of who will be delivering the last mile. This was my third experience with these idiots. The last two packages were late due to the driver trying to deliver to my UPS Store address at 8 or 9pm when the store was closed (no doubt after their day job) then claiming I was unavailable for delivery.

Incompetent and they will lose your items

The company I bought items from used this company as a shipper The address was incorrect I called to correct the address mind you the city and state were incorrect yet I was told I'd have to have it delivered to that city and state even though I don't reside there for some reason they could not change the city and state but they could have changed the street address which makes no sense. I called was not assisted was told a supervisor would call me back I waited 48 hours no one called me back I called them again again no one was helpful again I was told a supervisor will call me back I highly doubt I'll hear from anybody Don't ever use this company they are absolute trash

This company is absolutely the worst…

This company is absolutely the worst ever since they linked up with SHEIN I have not gotten any of my packages they take pictures with your package at the wrong address and mark it delivered the customer service suck do not use this service at all

I have used this delivery service 5…

I have used this delivery service 5 times and 4 of the 5 were complete and total disasters. They lost this current package for 2 weeks and it was out for delivery at 8am this morning and it is currently 8:11pm and still no delivery. Absolutely ridiculous company with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Never again buying from Temu because of this incompetent delivery service!!!!!

Update: 7:04am the following day and still no package or communication from this company but tracking still says “out for delivery”. This company is a JOKE!!!!!

They say that the delivery could’t take…

They say that the delivery could’t take Place because I wasn’t home. I was home during the whole and there hasn’t been anyone at my frontdoor (camera)
Then they say that they are going to deliver and I haven’t Seen anything.

Customer Service & Tracking is a Mess

This is a mess of a customer service team. I do not think the call center that the GoFo team picked out is exclusively at fault. Initially I called customer support because my package has been "Out for Delivery" from a distribution center that is no more than a 20-minute drive from my house for 3 days. The man I spoke to on the customer support line repeatedly told me that it would be delivered by end-of-day. After this he asked me if there is anything else he could do to help me, I said "I guess not" and hung up.

2 days later my package was not delivered. I called customer support, again asking for help locating my package. Questions ranging from, "what is your policy regarding time-senitive packagaes and reimbursement," to "where and how my package was being kept while it was out for perpetual delivery" were all answered with "I cannot help you until 3 days from now."
I do not think their customer support center is supported by GoFo. I suspect that this place just takes the brunt of customer distain for a sloppy company, without any resources to aid or ease consumer concern.
While I cannot expect GoFo to be able to deliver with the same speed as Amazon, I do expect them to be able to fulfil the commitments they make to their consumer and not hide behind a third party call center. Every company that uses GoFo is far less appealing to me now than those that use standard shipping methods like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

I tried to speak to a customer service…

I tried to speak to a customer service rep. The automated agent could not comprehend my tracking number. After 3 tries, it said it needed the number for security purposes and "goodbye." Service is horrific and I would give it 0 stars if that was available.

By the way, their delivery service times are also below par. Way below other vendors I have had experience with. Poor execution and abysmal service

I'm not a BOT and it's a counter writeup to SpeedX

Basically I'm writing this as a counter writeup to my SpeedX experiences. I order from Temu and TikTok shop often. My first Gofo order I was skeptical because first I'd never heard of them and 2nd my friend said her package took forever after it said being transferred by company. I ordered and it did take forever after being in the US but as I tracked it , it eventually came the same day it said out for delivery and the driver followed directions to a tee. My address has written down for Apt number: RING any bell, leave in lobby or Call (my number is always on pkg). I haven't had any issues with stolen packages or idiot delivery drivers. The proof is in the so few reviews here on TrustPilot compared to the more than 4000 reviews for SpeedX.

I rarely post positive reviews

I rarely post reviews unless I'm upset about something (maybe a lot of other folks are like me). In this case I decided to post my happy experience with GOFO mainly to give folks at least some potential peace of mind. My shipment arrived without any problems, and I was well informed of the tracking progress along the way. The driver arrived in a normal car (not a van) and brought my package to my front door. All 14 small items in my package from Temu.com were in great working order.

I would give zero stars for these…

I would give zero stars for these losers. I see this person delivered my package to the wrong house and submitted their own pictures to prove it was delivered to the wrong house and now they are saying the package is lost and I need to contact the seller for replacement or refund. They are liars and thieves and need to be put out of business.

DRIVER STEALS PACKAGES

The delivery driver attempted to deliver my package to the wrong house. Then stole my package after the pressed "delivered". Trying to contact the company but they are hiding. So I made a police report for stolen property and named the delivery driver as the suspect after reviewing cameras. Also filed a complaint with the BBB. They should be seeing a detective soon.
