I had a very bad experience with Gofo…

I had a very bad experience with Gofo delivery service. This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have dealt with. They left my package outside on the road next to my door without any permission or instruction from me. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe, as anyone could take it.
There was no attempt to deliver it properly, no contact, and no option to choose a safe place or service point. This shows a lack of responsibility and respect for customers’ property.
I would not recommend Gofo to anyone. A delivery company should ensure that packages are delivered safely and securely — this company clearly fails to do so.

I ordered through SHEIN for 2 shirts…

I ordered through SHEIN for 2 shirts and GoFo picked it up and are claiming they can’t deliver due to incomplete address but my address on file is correct, they claim they have attempted to deliver it a few times now but no one came to the door. This is ridiculous.

Stolen package covered up, laws violated, customer service at absolute zero

Package stolen by the delivery driver!! Evidence ignored. French consumer protection laws openly violated. Customer service responds with the same copy-paste message on repeat, never once addressing the actual issue, never taking responsibility, never showing the slightest sign of good faith.
This company does not investigate. This company does not protect its customers. This company protects its dishonest employees instead. Their strategy is simple: exhaust the customer with useless responses until they give up.
If something goes wrong with your delivery — and based on numerous reviews, it frequently does — you are completely on your own. No accountability, no transparency, no resolution. Just corporate indifference dressed up as customer service.
A disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

Courier said address was not…

Courier said address was not acceptable. I contacted customer service via Whatsapp AND over the phone with instructions on how every single delivery courier gains access without any problems and sent a Google maps screenshot of how to get the delivery completed. I had UPS delivery yesterday and have experienced today and Amazon is due for delivery this week. But my package is on the way back to sender. I was never offered the option to arrange to meet or pick up the package myself. That seems counter productive to making sure your customer is happy and willing to come back and purchase more of your products which is how profitable business is done. This is my first and ONLY time dealing with GOFO and temu. NEVER again will I pay for som7ething, wait over 2 weeks and then not receive the package and then be given not option to pick it up myself. Then worst of all have to wait until the package is returned to get a refund. Amazon or eBay would have had it in my hands in a week tops. Don't waste your time with anyone who uses GOFO in my opinion.

Using them for my CarParts delivery and…

Using them for my CarParts delivery and so far the most horrible experience ever. CarParts have never had problems with their deliveries until they decided to work with GoFo about a month ago. How unfortunate, I hope CarParts end their business with them soon, otherwise I’m not getting parts from CarPart again.

The delivery is 3 days late now and also you can only see the name of the city without the state in their cheap looking tracking platform. Also, when you call, the system doesn’t even recognize the tracking number and hangs on you. I hope CarParts realize what they’ve done.

Asked me to provide extra information…

Asked me to provide extra information in an email and i did. And they didn’t read those emails and attempted for a second time to delivery my mail PAST 6:00pm which is the shut off time and just AUTOMATICALLY returns it to sender. Which is the dumbest thing ever.

Ievery single time time they deliver they throw my packages in the yard most recently I had an order stolen and TT refuses to refund me . I have contacted gofo so many times through email and I've also called them and they keep telling me the same thing they took three pictures it was delivered after the delivery it's not their responsibility what happens to the package it is the responsibility whenever it is mishandled it's not my fault they threw it over the gate and what happened to it after that I wasn't home so I wasn't here to get the package if it's left in my front yard then I'm not responsible for what happens to it. Nobody wants to take responsibility to what happens to something it was over $100 order so now I'm out a hundred bucks and I can't even get a refund on it I can't get the company to take responsibility for their drivers and this happens all the time. I even put a note on my gate that says please do not throw packages over the gate and I will be damned if the same day the driver didn't read the the sign and still throw the package over the gate. I have so many screenshots for my cameras of them throwing packages over the gates and they chuck them.. just got a package delivered 9:01 tossed over the gate.

GOFO is Probably Not as Bad as the Reviews Make it Out to Be

Said they were out for delivery starting on a Sunday morning, which I though was weird. I ended up getting my delivery the following Monday afternoon. The corner of the outer box and box inside were scuffed, but the contents were completely fine.

I'm not going to claim they are a good delivery service, especially with only a sample size of 1 delivery, but I think they are better than the reviews make them out to be. People who don't receive their package are far more likely to be vocal about it and leave a 1 or 2 star review.

The other alternatives to shipping have just as bad reviews on this website, so I wouldn't let these reviews make you uneasy. Optional reviews are far from the most accurate evaluation method.

Dissatisfaction to the maximum

Honestly it doesn´t even worth one star.. I am waiting my package like a month now with them to keep telling me that they cannot deliver my package due to wrong address when my address is correct and when I have already speak with them and theoritically have corrected it the first time but no...it happened again.Only to tell me now that they couldn´t deliver it because I wasn´t home when as I have told them I was and I can prove it. Just want my package...How hard that is..If you cannot deliver properly don´t offer your services...COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED

This has been the worst delivery…

This has been the worst delivery experience in my life.
My order (PO-211-20347753129590092) was supposed to be delivered by April 4th to Rock Hill, South Carolina. Not only was it delayed, but TWICE it was not delivered at all.
I personally called the company two times and confirmed my address, yet their courier still claimed they couldn’t find it — even though it is clearly and accurately shown on Google Maps.
Because of their incompetence and lack of responsibility, my order was returned back to the seller BOTH times.
This is completely unacceptable. I relied on this delivery, and the company failed me twice without making any real effort to fix the issue.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants to save their time, money, and nerves.
I am extremely disappointed and angry about this experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with GoFo Express. My package has been in their possession since the 7th, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still have not received it.

During the first delivery attempt, the driver went to the wrong address. He contacted me, and I confirmed he was at the incorrect location and asked him to call me once he arrived at the correct address. Instead, he marked the package as “undeliverable,” claiming he could not access the location, which was completely inaccurate.

I contacted customer service and explained that if access to the gate was an issue, I would be available to let the driver in if they simply contacted me. I was told to wait 72 hours for another attempt. After waiting, there was still no delivery, and the tracking continued to show “in transit” with no updates.

After calling again and requesting that the driver contact me directly, I was assured that a note would be added. Immediately following that conversation, my package was once again marked as “undeliverable” without any attempt to contact me.

At that point, I requested to pick up the package myself, only to be told it was being returned to the sender. When I contacted the sender, they directed me back to GoFo Express. Upon calling again, I was told I would need to wait yet another 72 hours. After escalating and requesting a supervisor, I was told delivery might occur within another 48–72 hours.

This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. There appears to be a complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic delivery competence. Drivers are not following instructions, and customer service has been unable to provide any real resolution.

Based on my experience, I understand why this company has such poor reviews. I would strongly caution others when relying on this service.

The worst ever

Too bad you cannot have less than one. Claim there is no access to my address (twice). Absolutely BS as address is a house. UPS,FedEx, Amazon and USPS have no issues delivering here regularly.

At this point I just want a refund but vendor claims carrier has no access.

I guess its time for a credit card dispute.

Worst delivery service ever.

Totally Incompetent

These idiots are totally incompetent. I get deliveries every other day. amazon, fedex, uhl, usps, ups, speedex ... you name it. for some reason gofo finds my address undeliverable. packages keep ketting sent back. no call. no sticker. i suspect they will be out of business soon. shippers out there ... please stop using.

I would give them a minus a million if…

I would give them a minus a million if it would be possible. Driver left two times a package over the fence at another location (another property) and marked it as delivered. Another package was left unattended at the door. Thank gpd a nice neighbour took it cos she knew i was on holidays. She forgot to mentioned to me and i put a complaint for missing package and miss handeling. The driver came to my home to confront me shouting and calling me names like liar. When i got the package i wrote the company back as found. I believe i was entittle to put a complaint for misshandeling and i was honest im informing what was the outcome.

Never use this company, they midsshandle packages and they have aggresive drivers when things go wrong and you give feedback.

He even shaked my bell like trying to pull it out. I have it in camera and i didnt want to go to the police cos i dont want the driver near my property again. This happened in Maastricht area

The delivery drivers keep tossing the…

The delivery drivers keep tossing the packages over my fence. My dogs are destroying every package! I even have a sign saying to please leave on outside of fence. This is company is the worst company that has happened to delivery. I guess I’m going to have to stop ordering from companies unless they use FedEx or UPS or the postal service. This is insanity!!

I would leave zero stars if i could

I would leave zero stars if i could! This company is terrible! They absolutely will not deliver packages to our apartment door! They dump them all outside by the mailboxes on the street! They are stolen within minutes! Every time! Complaints go unheard. I wish I could tell companies who use them not to use them. Im considering not online shopping at those companies anymore because of it. Terrible company. Lazy drivers!!!!

Total joke of a company no tracking no nothing fly by night logistics probably will lose your package and steal your stuff. I had a delivery unfortunately go through them and was lost while it was out for delivery which was interesting as when I called to find out where it was they said oh it's not a facility and I'm like okay where's that facility so I could go pick up my stuff and they're like oh but it's out for delivery so which one is it? Just a joke Total joke.

If I could 1 would go be them a -100. I have requested from Temu in the past to not use this company due to stolen packages (caught on camera), damaged items, and hiked ripped in packages so they could steal stuff. Well they were good about not using them till today.. I realized it was them when I tried to call to delay delivery of my very late package until a later date as I have To go out of town tomorrow. They refused to help at all.. refused to give me a number for the local warehouse and when I found the local warehouse number and called it myself they also refused to help or talk to me and told me to call customer service who already did zip to help me.. they should be out of business right now based on the sheer volume of mostly bad reviews and it makes me mad that companies like Temu force me to use these companies against my will instead of using fed x or usps
