I thought I had ordered a pair of sandals but all of a sudden I was part of a company who took money from my account every 2 weeks. I have no interest what so ever in being a customer in such a company so I annulled my participation.
I have now been promised full compensation and am looking forward to this.

You think it cannot get any worse than tricking people into giving their credit card details for nothing? I just got email instructions describing how I should write a great review here on Trustpilot, and send them a screenshot in which case they will be happy to refund the so-called "membership fee" that they got from me via a phishing fake advertising page. Quote:
'It is important to me that you mention my name (Marshall) when you rate my services as it helps to easily identify your review and initiate your refund.

Important: In your review, we ask that you avoid using terms such as "REFUND" or "membership cancellation" as they can be confusing to other customers. Well, Marshall, watch this carefully: I hope there are adequate laws and law enforcement that will kick you out of your fraudulent business. My "membership fee" is worth way less than my honesty.
