Never received goods that I ordered in 2022

My query was attended quite promptly. I'm happy with the service I got from Emerald.

I have been conned into joining youraromacircle.com last year and have been trying to stop my account. They have responded into trying to blackmail me into retracting my statement. They offered to refund me if I retracted my earlier statement.
DO NOT JOIN THESE PEOPLE!!

I had a very negative experience with this company. They charged my card without my authorization and enrolled me in something I never agreed to. When I contacted them, they insisted their system “cannot” make unauthorized charges, even though that is exactly what happened to me.

What’s worse, they told me they would only refund my money if I removed my negative review first, which feels completely manipulative and unprofessional. I removed the review in good faith, and the situation became even more frustrating afterward.

Customers deserve transparency and honest business practices. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before trusting this company with their payment information.

When you discover it is not the website you were expecting, they only unsubscribe you if you send a 4-5 stars review to Trustpilot. They indicate what you should write otherwise they do not give you back the amount they have charged. We unsubscribed a month ago but they have charged again 2 fees. No good review, no payment back. If you take a look into the reviews, most of them are related to the same.

I have ordered and paid for a parcel through a link I got on Facebook. The same day I recieved an e-mail saying that I had two days left on my free subscription. After that they would charge me every month for my subscription. I never wanted a subscription so I tried to cancel. The website was unavailable and the took the money for the parcel out of my account. Finally I was able to cancel the subsciption. I never recieved the parcel for which I paid for. They are scammers. Don't fall fall for it!!!

I was conned into paying 9.99 for what I thought was a pet product. I have never heard of this company. When I corresponded to cancel my bogus membership ERIC confirmed the 9.99 would be refunded if I posted a favourable review. This is not now happening. The whole thing is a scam.
