Take customer money if they said yes
I get that before you take money out of our accounts you ask about it first to know if we agree or not but what I don't like is that instead of saying if we see an email regarding taking money out and we don't respond it mean you are not allowed to take it but if we respond with yes then you can take it

Godiyspot offers prompt customer service and was very responsive when I made inquiries. Initially, I encountered some confusion with unexpected fees, but after contacting them, they assured me of a full refund, which was handled with professionalism and care. While there were some challenges, their customer service team was attentive and worked to resolve my issues satisfactorily. Overall, I’d recommend them based on their helpful service, though be mindful of potential fees. 4 stars.
