The prompt respose in trying to solve my problem

I had an awful experience with this site as they trick you into purchasing a subscription membership pretending you are checking out a product. (In my case a travel bag) spoke with Fedora who was helpful in getting me a refund. After discussing the issues and how I felt I was wronged, Fedora listened and understood. I was issued with a refund and then told I would not be charged any further charges.

3 stars as Fedora was helpful but the site itself was using other websites to trick people into purchasing subscription based memberships

I wasn’t happy with the overall experience I had with the company, but I have to say that the Escalation Team Manager handled my case very well. They responded quickly and efficiently, and the issue was resolved much faster than I expected. While I still have concerns about the company itself, I truly appreciate the professionalism and support I received from the escalation team. Thank you for your help.

My subscription was actually a misunderstanding, Ann was so kind as to cancel it even if all the requierements had not been met. I´m grateful to her and all other members of the staff who gave me a hand through the process
