This is how a company should be run

This is how a company should be run. I ordered a customised case for a Samsung S20FE, but received the wrong size. I emailed them and told them, and they said they didn't make wallet covers for that specific model, but as they appreciate happy customers they would fully refund me, without having to send the item back. I advised them to take the option out of the drop down menu to avoid these issues in future and thanked them for the refund. Top marks!

I get a wrong product from what i…

I get a wrong product from what i ordered. I tried to contact them through mail and their website un which they asked to upload a picture. After 100 times attempt it keep me frustrated. I hope i can get your attention through here. My order number is 15017969. I will be waiting.

Decent product, no invoice

Product got delivered quickly and is good quality. But since its a company expense I need an invoice. There is one in my account but that one is incorrect and not of the product I ordered. There is no way to contact the company and solve the issue.
