Our courier attempted delivery on the date advised when you placed your order, and they left a calling card. There then seems to have been some confusion at the courier's about your instructions, which led to the parcel eventually being returned to us. Our team worked hard to get the product to you on time, and then to rectify the delivery issue, and we are thankful that your order is now in hand.
Your business is important to us, and we do use the most highly rated delivery courier in the UK, but from time to time, there are issues with some deliveries which are out of our hands. We will always work hard to make sure you get your items.

Our order was time sensitive and soon as I placed the order, a customer services advisor - Sasha - got in touch to ensure everything went to time. She was very helpful and responsive, and overall instilled confidence in me that our order would be delivered on time.
The quality of the branded items is very good and our embroidered logo looks fantastic.
