This company, despite multiple communications, tried twice to deliver my package to a wrong address (it was correct on the package), and despite many interactions with a live chat agent, they did not make the corrections. It seems to have only been finally delivered when I let them know that I was going to give a bad review (after they indicated that they were sending the package back to the sender). This has never happened with any other delivery service that I have dealt with in Montreal.

Worst company ever, i have no Idea why Ikea use them. I was scheduled for a mattress pick up from Ikea with them. Waited all day, 3:05PM they said i was not here. Contacted within 10 minutes customer service, the driver lied saying he called multiples times and waited outside and i was not here. I said i have phone record to prove he never called and camera to prove he never came. I asked to escalate a complaint and a record of the transcript, then the agent disconnects. Customer service is just as bad as the driver.

Had twice an issue with my address and didnt do anything. First time a delivery company had one.

It would have been nice that the delivery person knocked on the door. Your messages were going to junk mail so our delivery was a surprise. Otherwise service was fine. Thank you

I had a couch delivered today. Since it was drizzling, the two friendly and helpful delivery people (Amin and Bob) placed the boxes inside my garage instead of leaving them on the step for me to struggle with. They were professional, helpful, and very kind.

Everything was in Time

The app that tracks the truck as it is on it's way to your house is awesome and very accurate. I work from home so it was helpful to let people know in a meeting that I was expecting a delivery.

I knew the day of my order when I will received it

Didn't arrive on time and the tracking stopped working (marked as delivered) before it really arrived. It also arrived after the original time frame (it arrived 1:25pm)
