I had horrible experience with goa miles, the driver tried to rip us off and also stole my headphones. we have been trying to continuously reach goa miles office who initially promised to return my headphones and later backed off and became part of theft. Horrible experience will never ever use it. they dont even have customer care to take care of their customers, there is always an issue with the app.

I topped up my account but the money never arrived, I lost 1200 rupees. The app is a scammer

Simply hopeless, credit card only, requires a balance to be set up. Try to book a cab to be informed 'none in area', pre-booked a taxi to airport, checked 30 minutes before time to find ride 'invalidated' difficult to get refund

Scammed. Paid 2000 rupees in a wallet. Booked a taxi. It never showed. Waited 30 mins. Driver call did not work. Was charged the whole fare

None present in their counter at the Goa airport. This company counter is totally overwhelmed by the adjacent counter run by taxi union, completely fishy, since you have to charge your wallet in their website with Rs.200 in the first place for initiating any kind of booking, and their refund takes 70 days , as per their declaration and we are waiting. Again If you need to book package based service, you can done through wallet only.
