The cab details weren't sent an hour before pickup at promised, noone showed up and the guy on WhatsApp stopped responding when I told him the cab wasn't here yet. I ended up getting a scooter taxi with my big checked suitcase and made my bag drop by 2 mins, now that was an experience!
Not satisfactory due to the money they have taken which was not discussed and driver started to fight
We provided full details of our arrival time at GOX airport and were told that our driver would meet us landside. Our flight was on time but no sign of our driver outside the terminal. After several phone calls in the heat of the day, a driver eventually arrived but we suspect this was a last-minute assignment. We departed 45 minutes after clearing customs. The driver didn't know where he was going and needed our guidance. As a result of this shambolic performance, we cancelled our return trip, having no confidence that our pickup would be on time. I wouldn't use this company again, especially as airport taxis were cheaper!
