This company is based in the USA. You can only cancel your 'trial' by sending the product back to Florida USA and the cost of doing do from the UK is astronomical basically making it impossible to return the product. You will be told that the cost of the product on the trial is £12.99 but you will be billed automatically £79.99 a month indefinitely. Customer service is none existent and appears to be based in India. This company operates in a very misleading manner and is set up to fleece customers.

SCAM! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!

They sent an advert for a trial bottle of blood sugar plus Berberine for £12.95 which I bought. 3 days ago, this was delivered. Today, I got an email saying my 12day period has lapsed and I have been billed for the full amount of £79.99. I'll be calling my Bank in the morning morning.

Poor customer service support
I ordered this product from this company and after reading the reviews I changed my mind and cancelled the order and requested for a refund. Customer service says they have refunded my money but it’s up to my bank to release the funds into my account. This unacceptable and disgusting. Which bank in UK will hold on to someone’s money
It’s a scam and people please read all the reviews before placing order this company is a scam!!!!!

They are total scammers and they trade under various names I have been told. The took 9.95 from my bank on the 6th January 2025 and then tried to take another 49.95 on the 18th January. DO NOT USE THEM BEWARE OF THEM On another site there are 128 bad reviews about this company

Tried to purchase the 3 bottle offer =£99.00 info came back on all occasions that they didn’t accept my Card!!
on 4 try i gave up. Then i came across their trial offer 1 bottle £9.95 ungraded the strength of the capsule £14.95, add shipping £14.95 totalling £39.85 Shock no.1 the ungraded in strength turned out to be not £9.95 + £14.95 (work that one out) no.2 Turned out they of course accepted my card that time. Decided to cancel the whole lot no.3 yes that where the 🤨 fun began.
Their 24/7 help bot turned out to be non existent, the number 0800 number well i had to fight for my refund even though it was less than 20mins.since i place the order. On reading the email re; refund they didn’t refund for the original bottle at £9.95, back on the phone again, no refund us given on the original bottle, here we go again, after another verbal (complaint) , and long wait it was finally refunded in total.
