We have a box with a deposit mark and the delivery person doesn't put the package in there they just leave it in sight for anybody walking past. That is not good enough

Extremely disappointing delivery service – three times in a row!
This is now the third time I have experienced the exact same problem with GLS, and it is completely unacceptable.
I specifically pay for home delivery because I expect my parcel to be delivered to my home, not to a parcel shop.
Every time, the delivery driver rings the intercom only once and leaves almost immediately. By the time I put down whatever I am doing and reach the intercom, the driver is already gone. There is absolutely no reasonable time given to answer the door.
What makes this even more frustrating is that my parcel is then taken to a GLS parcel shop that is far away and inconvenient to reach. As a result, I end up wasting my time, energy, and money collecting something I have already paid to have delivered to my doorstep.
What exactly am I paying for if I have to collect the parcel myself?
Once could be a mistake. Three times is a pattern of poor service.
GLS needs to take responsibility for its drivers and ensure that customers are given a reasonable opportunity to answer the door. Customers should not have to pay for a service they repeatedly do not receive.
I expect better service, accountability, and a refund of the home delivery fees when the service is not properly provided.

Privacy packaging was taken
Privacy packaging was taken, I received the product in the product packaging with all details on it. The product packaging was opened earlier and taped. There was a hole even on the product packaging, labeled with couriers labels.
I wanted my product delivered with respect. Instead I feel the most important was what was in the package, not that the customer has feelings about it.

The package got delivered fast and…
The package got delivered fast and sound. But although there is GLS package store near me, it got delivered to another center. I don’t know why it does not ask me where to be delivered?

Therefore, we do not have your private address and have not attempted to deliver it to your address.

I felt like the service was worst
I felt like the service was worst. I live in centrum but they leave my parcel
At Hasseris which is quite far from my place. Took more than hour to take my parcel from Hasseris coz I have to go through public bus and took 50 kr in public bus 😔😔😔

When we do not find any one at home at the time of delivery, we deliver the parcel to a ParcelShop instead 📦
I know it's not always the ParcelShop closest to you.
We do what we can to find one close to your address, which also has room for the extra parcels the driver brings.
